Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz mit einem Parkwächter. Das Economy Zimmer ist relativ klein und liegt direkt am Treppen Eingang und gegenüber vom Fahrstuhl, daher war es teilweise recht laut.

Zimmer war groß, sauber und mit TV, Klima, Fön, Teekocher mit Zubehör und Duschgel u Shampoo ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war in Buffetform und es gab eine gute Auswahl. Es wurde auch aufmerksam nachgelegt. Man konnte gut auf dem hoteleigenen, bewachtem Parkplatz parken.

El hotel tiene un diseño muy bonito y elegante, pero extremadamente sucio y desdejado: orina en el inodoro, polvo en todas partes y esquinas de la habitación, hasta cristales en el suelo. I really loved the whole vibe around here. The staff was incredibly friendly and wanted to make your stay very good. The room was cleaned everyday. I really recommend it when you’re on a budget. Everything was clean and good and I don’t have any complaints. Thank you so much hotel Baylan!

The property is in a really good location, I've been walking to everywhere. Breakfast is not bad, they have a nice selection. The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially the guy on night shift (Vulcan). Originally my room was on the 1st floor, but it was a bit noisy as I was opposite the main stairway. They moved me to the 3rd floor which was much better. I had a look at some of the larger rooms, and these were actually really nice with a view. I would come back.

Stayed 2 nights in a 2-room family suite. Very comfortable, clean, fairly good selection in the breakfast buffet. A laundry service, which was very helpful after a week of traveling. The wifi wasn't working well, however. The hotel is conveniently located (the trainstationis jut 5 minutes away). Overall a very good option for a short visit.

Hôtel avec parking, dans le centre d’Izmir proche de la gare. Bon petit déjeuner. Toutefois la nuit a été horrible, même avec des bouchons d’oreille, à cause du bruit généré par une machinerie. Nous étions dans la chambre 105. L’appel du réceptionniste n’a malheureusement pas résolu le problème. Le bruit s’est arrêté à 0h40 et a repris à 4h du matin

Avrei fatto un’ottima recensione se non mi avessero dato una camera all’ultimo piano con una temperatura interna intorno ai 37/40 gradi sia perché il tetto era esposto al sole, sia per l’effetto serra degli infissi. Nonostante l’aria condizionata al massimo la stanza ci ha messo 3 ore per essere a una temperatura accettabile. Sarebbe bastato accendere l’aria condizionata prima che arrivassi e chiudere le tende. Fuori comunque c’erano 40 gradi

The image for this property is not the actual hotel but the train station nearby. The hotel is on a tiny street up the road away from the train station. While the fact they have parking on site is good, the beds are very hard, and the hallways are very dark. People were coming and going all hours of the night and loud in the hallways, the walls are very thin. I would not stay at this hotel again.

We stayed in a total of 4 different hotels across Turkey during our recent trip. This hotel had the least friendly, helpful or accommodating staff. They was never a greeting upon your return or an acknowledgment of your presence. We had little help working with them when our airline was attempting to deliver our lost bags. When we attempted to order a drink from their bar, they had no mixers. My boyfriend had to go out & purchase them (with no price reduction of course)! There was a greater language barrier here than in other locations. The room & bathroom was tight like most hotels in Turkey. The breakfast was the most basic of our experiences. You can do better. Keep looking!

The hotel staff accommodated me properly especially the one in the reception who allowed me to print a very important document. He didn't hesitate to help me and I couldn't thank him enough for that. The hotel has had a very welcoming vibe because of its wide parking space in the entrance and the atmosphere outside of the hotel is very comforting and peaceful. The room I stayed at had everything I needed, from clean bath towels and hot water to warm beverages. The room was big enough for me, in fact it was bigger than what I needed, and it had enough places for my stuffs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

Highly recommend this hotel . From the moment we arrived we were treated extremely well . Management excellent . Staff polite friendly , caring concerned .from our house cleaners to front office to dining room each staff .member went above and beyond helping us we felt like we were family . I had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and service-minded and many of them spoke English. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a suite with a huge private roof balcony! The room was really comfortable, clean and very quiet. The area is a bit sketchy, however the location is convenient as the main railway station is only 3 minutes walking from the hotel, and also the city centre is reachable by foot in around 15 minutes. I will for sure stay here again should I return to Izmir!

Very nice place to stay, great staff, it was a great hotel, its in an alley so i wouldn’t be comfortable walking after dark as a tourist and if you are walking then the road or pathway is uneven and is difficult to roll suitcases but as a hotel i enjoyed my stay

部屋は十分な広さがあり、ドライヤーや金庫など必要なものは揃っている。シャワーの水量も十分。カードキーをさすところが壊れかかってたけど、滞在中は問題なかった。周りが安いホテル街で道が狭いので、ツアーの迎えの車が入って来れなかった。一本道を出るとすぐに大通りで、飲食店がたくさんあるし、アゴラやケメラルティマーケット等、観光地に歩いて行けるのは便利。総じて、泊まってよかったホテル。

I had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and service-minded and many of them spoke English. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a suite with a huge private roof balcony!
