Clean, well maintained, Time Share property. Easy check-in, free parking. Downsides- very nicely kept but outdated. Walls are as thin as a potato chip. You hear the TV next door like it is yours. Same for when someone next door or above are taking a shower or using the bathroom. Lastly and unfortunately, they have caught the let’s bend-over our patrons for the B.S. resort fee developed by McKinsey. I have no issue paying for real services but they just add the $25 daily resort fee for a room not located in a resort, with zero resort amenities ,no daily housekeeping (which is ok because it is clean)and absolutely zero service because it is a time share and not a hotel. Bottom line, if you get a good rate and don’t like the noise, traffic, partying, long check in and check out lines, paid parking and double resort fees on the strip, a good option.
