The hotel was a good value for the location and had parking! The rooms were clean; ours had a walk-in shower, though the furniture and carpet were a bit dated (but more than fine for the price). The room had a small refrigerator and coffee maker. The pool area had a small hot tub. The casino restaurant was very good and served large portions. The casino was bright and looked to be recently updated. It's about a 15-25 minute walk or a short ride to many attractions on the Strip. We would consider going back again and would recommend the restaurant to someone staying nearby.

It started when I checked in. I was told months ago there was no “Resort Fee”, this was a lie! They HAVE RESORT FEES now. The front desks clerks were very condescending to me. I had to take my own trash out. I ran out of toilet paper. I had to track down coffee packets for my room. In six days (no Do Not Disturb sign up) they cleaned my room zero times. I made my own bed too! If I could, I would’ve stayed somewhere else. I guess $35.1 million still equals bad service.

Hid $40 of room price in “resort fee” that is charged upon check-in after you’ve already paid advertised price. Clerk could not explain what extra services we were receiving for that. They never told us that we’d get 10% discount at restaurant if we showed room key, and the promised water bottles in the fridge were absent. A/C unit rattled all night and kept us awake.
