I stayed at this hotel for a week and could not even ones get anyone to clean the room or take out the trash. I had to do my own housekeeping!! Very lazy staff!!

The Horseshoe Hotel in Las Vegas feels a bit dated and could definitely use some renovation and better maintenance. The carpets in the hallways looked dirty and worn, giving the hotel an overall tired appearance. The room itself was generally fine, although housekeeping only cleaned it on about half of my six-night stay. While I personally don’t mind skipping a day or two of cleaning, I would expect daily housekeeping service at a Las Vegas hotel. Another issue was the large number of very young guests, mostly high school or college-age students. There was quite a bit of partying, noise, and mess left in the hallways, which made the atmosphere less pleasant. Overall, the stay was okay, but the hotel could benefit from some updating, better cleanliness, and more attention to maintaining a comfortable environment for all guests.

Hard to beat the price. The rooms are basic, but the location makes up for what the property lacks.
