Was clean and cute. Room is small. Do not recommend for children. Not much room to move around and no drawers to put clothes in. Nice for an overnight stay

No frills but worth it. This was the cheapest place around which is what fit my need. Nothing wrong with it, simply no frills. Clean and modern room.

Clean room, safe area, well lit parking lot. Bring your own pillows is all I can recommend! Ours were way too soft and pretty much layed too flat. Family of 4, not much room...but it did serve our purpose of a nice weekend getaway. Will def come back to this hotel.

The office staff messaged me on here saying if I didn’t pay them for the first night prior to arriving they were going to cancel my reservation. I told them I was on my way with my dog and that I was coming. The man said ok you don’t want to pay I will cancel the reservation. I ended up paying in advance prior to arriving to ensure I’d have my room. He wasn’t very nice. He said it’s busy and if I didn’t pay now he was just gonna cancel bc of how busy it was. Mind you the hotel was not full when I arrived nor was it the entire time I stayed. The man Marvin that checked us in however was amazing and definitely was not who I spoke to on the phone. The room was fine, the tv was awful. Barely any channels and you were unable to login into anything of your own. They don’t tell you until arrival that you will be charged $25 per night for your dog. The pool area was weird.

While we’re thankful for finding a place on Cape Cod in high season, I think it’s fair to say that it wouldn’t hurt for there to be some attempt at upkeep and better customer service. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was dirty and very much dated. There was no continental breakfast as advertised, and the front desk was unmanned on two of my visits.
