Service was great which kind of makes up for the really old and unmaintained installations. It was not the quality I expected from a Camino Real hotel. Rug was old and filthy, no electrical outlets near the nightstand to charge your phone, bedding old and with holes in it, awful lighting too dim. Some days I showered with scalding hot water and others with really cold water and one night there was no water in my room, they said they had a problem and water would be back in 15 mins. It wasn't. Next day water came out brown and even though I let it flow for a while, it still came out brown. Another night there was a power plant parked outside and was very noisy, so I couldn't sleep properly. Definitely not what I expected, wouldn't recommend.
