We love staying at Hilton and this one in Charlotte was no different. We were greeted so friendly. The check in process was easy and quick. Our room was clean and cozy. My only complaint was the shower drain. I assume it was clogged because the water quickly backed up and I was left standing in water throughout my shower. I was afraid it was going to flow over into the floor. Aside from that issue, I cannot recommend this hotel more. I hope we have a chance to stay again

I reserved 3 rooms but was only given 2, due to overbooking. Staff did not care or make any attempt to apologize or solve.

Room was decent. Pubic hairs in sink. Dining area/common area dated and not inviting. Furniture old. Front door hard to open. Overpriced for quality but decent location.

Hello. We stayed saturday september twelfth through monday morning, september fourteenth. As the physical property itself, it was very nice. The rooms were in nice size. As in the staff. We had many issues with the staff, including not being at the front desk. Numerous times throughout our time there. My wife and I were there for a football game and she was getting massages. The same day, and when she came back, all the doors were locked on the front of the building. So she had to walk around to the back to get in. When she got to the front desk, no one was there. Sunday morning, before the game and her massage, we talked to the person at the front desk which again he was not there, when we first got there and we requested the room to be serviced. And that we needed towels etc. When she got back, nothing was done. Which at this time was right around two thirty. She called down to the front desk and requested some towels, no one came. She called 2 more times and no one came. And around 430, she heard something out in the hall, went outside and see what was going on. And there was housekeeping, so she asked for some towels. I got back around five and the room was still not cleaned. Just a total lack of anybody being around to take care of any request that anybody might have is unacceptable. I wanted to say something on monday morning, When we left and low and behold no one was there at the front desk. We couldn't wait around because we had to catch our flights.
