Good hotel. FYI: It was $35 to park on their deck, so if you have a lot of stuff you’re traveling with, that’s your best option (especially if you have strollers, etc). Good breakfast options. During graveyard hours, some drivers like to blast their music on the streets of Charlotte near the premise.

Parking garage is tight - be careful if you drive a large vehicle. The first room we were assigned didn’t have the bed made and had old sheets bundled up on it, so we had to go downstairs to get a new room. Staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast had a HUGE line Saturday morning about half an hour before it closed. We decided to eat off property instead that day. Overall, good experience, good location and would stay here again.
