In town for a concert and chose this hotel for its reasonable price, amenities, and proximity to Truliant Ampitheater. The room itself was clean and good size, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, etc Parking was drastically cut down by renovation materials, which were scattered about in several locations on the property. My biggest complaint is when checking in, there was an attempt to charge me for the room, even though I paid for it when I booked almost a year prior. After giving my name, etc I was told to tap my card on the POS, which displayed a charge amount of over 140 dollars. When I questioned what the charge was for, the clerk informed me that my card has been declined and gave me the last 4 digits of a card that was not even mine. The clerk finally gave it up after me showing him multiple times my booking confirmation on the Hotels.com app that clearly showed the booking was paid as well as the lst 4 of the card that it was paid with. I am not sure where this other card number came from, and find it very concerning that there was any attempt at all to collect charges for a prepaid booking.

The hotel we’re doing some renovations but the rooms and lobby were clean. The lady at the front desk (seems she was the only one working there), but she was very friendly the entire weekend. The Continental breakfast was satisfying. Overall no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

An outdoor pool with one sun lounger and one chair. Come on folks, that’s pathetic. What sort of hotel group or even hotel manager thinks that this is acceptable.
