Someone from staff reached out subsequent to my stay to ask if overall service exceeded my expectations. This was my EXACT response: No, it did not. Sadly and unfortunately. The property just has a lot of weak spots- first it was the shower and coffee maker, the toilet does not flush well at all. These are minor inconveniences that weren't worth making a fuss over but it clearly is a dated property that was given a "flip" type makeover. The grounds were not kept well- stones from landscape on the sidewalks not swept aside. The sidewalks all need power washing. But most (and worst of all) the meal program/convenience store is awful. Given the dearth of dining options available in a short walking distance, this property desperately needs to have a restaurant on premises. I've stayed at similar Hilton properties and 100s of resorts that have far better food options. I realize that I am not probably the target audience for this property, but I wouldn't stay again, nor would I recommend it. All that said, the staff were all kind, polite and friendly. That counts for a lot, and I appreciated all that kindness and hospitality. I will add that this property is currently (and probably constantly) engaged in timeshare sales. I was not part of that crowd as I simply booked a place to stay for at expo at the LVCC.

I traveled with my family for vacation and we had a very good time. It was a very clean property, and the customer service was excellent. The proximity to the Strip was very good, and there was also plenty of parking. Overall, it was a great experience!
