Oda temizdi fakat havuzda saçma sapan insanlar vardı ve biz uyarmadıkça müdahale edilmedi. Atlamak yasak olmasına rağmen koskoca insanların tek derdi kenarlardan atlamaktı. Muhtemelen yüzme bilmiyolardı ve ilk kez böyle bi yere gelmişlerdi. Bu tarz durumlarda otelin müdahale etmesi ve gerekirse bu insanları o ortamdan çıkartması gerekiyor başkalarının uyarmasıyla hareket etmemek lazım bu zaten olmaması gereken bi durum. İnsanların yetişme tarzı bu olabilir ve havuz görünce heyecanlanmış olabilirler belki ilk kez böyle bi otele geliyolar bilmemek ayıp değil ama sizin kurallara uymanız ve uyulmasını sağlamanız lazım. Lüks görünümlü bir otelde bu tarz bi durum çok saçma. Gerekirse atacaksınız bu tipleri havuzdan, havuza girerken ne bilgilendirme var ne başka bi şey o kat çok ilgisizdi herkes kendi halinde takılıyodu. Millet havuza girsin takılsın kafasındalar. Onun dışında iyiydi her şey.

Het hotel is OK, zeer goede ligging, schitterend panorama over de stad (Elazig), maar het personeel is niet echt professioneel. Vooral aan de receptie was er een totaal gebrek aan deskundigheid. Ook al hadden we netjes onze paspoorten per kamer afgegeven, toch slaagde de juffrouw erin om de kamers door elkaar te gooien, verkeerde combinaties te maken, met als gevolg dat ook het internet in de kamer niet werkte... Verder is het hotel wel OK. Houd er wel rekening mee dat, als je er wil blijven eten 's avonds dat er (luide) live muziek is, zowel in het hoofdrestaurant als in het ernaast gelegen cafetaria. Het aangekondigde derde restaurant (roofterras - nog steeds aangeduid in de lift) bestaat niet meer... ingenomen door toegevoegde kamers.
