While this property is a bit dated, they do a good job overall maintaining it. While the rooms are not the most modern, they have some of the most comfortable beds and pillows! That says a lot being a spend three plus months a year sleeping at hotels. I stay here every year for an industry event. The gentleman that runs catering for on-site events is amazing! He and his team sincerely care when it comes to food service. And the catered food provided never disappoints. The property itself is in an ideal location. It is very convenient to get around if using as a homebase for visiting Portland metro as well. The rates are reasonable as well, especially based on location. The only negative is the $31 per-day parking fee. Like come on, don't penalize people for a city that isn't as walkable as some.

Front staff were all incredible and helpful during the entire length of our stay. Rooms were clean but just older bathrooms etc (cracked tiles for instance).

Parking was nice, being able to park in a garage made me feel like my car was safe. The restaurant was pretty pricey and not the best experience for us. I ordered chili cheese fries and I was given french fries with ketchup, when it was given to me, she said, sorry we are out of chili…no opportunity to order something else, I asked for a salad instead and was told that the kitchen would be mad, if she sent another order to them. That was frustrating. Hotel itself was nice and clean. No fridge or microwave in the room either. Just a few things that would have been helpful for any snacks or leftovers that you may want to eat later. We were also told that housekeeping is only done on the 3rd day, which was fine, we checked in pretty late, like 10:30pm and were woken up at 7:30 the next morning to housekeeping knocking on our door to ask if we needed service… which I though was odd.
