The staff was really nice, but we did not get the room we booked (they did "upgrade" us to a two bed room without saying anything until we complained, we only wanted a one bed and the extra space) we had no hot water in our room, the hot tub was out of order and the pool was cold. Call into the manager to discuss not returned.

For a one night stay near the airport it was very convenient and the kids loved the pool. The breakfast was excellent, though they did run out of batter for waffles in the last hour of the alotted breakfast time, so I recommend arriving early if they're important to you. The hot tub was filthy. The regular beds were very comfortable and tidy. The pull out bed had old pizza crusts under it and was the most uncomfortable sleeping surface I have ever experienced-- and we had just come from tent camping across Utah.

It was fine for what I needed. Two nights near the airport at a reasonable price. Free breakfast which had very nice food, omelet bar was a hit! However, the property must be tired. One elevator was out of service. The PC workstation in the lobby was out service. The hallway and especially the stairwell carpets had a lot of stains. Freshen the place up and I'd stay there again.

The front desk staff were very nice, but the hotel looks like they started a renovation and never finished. The bathroom, sink and Sheetz were clean, the beds weren't very good a bed skirts were dirty the bathroom door was falling apart. The elevator, hallway and its windows were filthy.

It is not horrible. It is not great. All the carpeting in the hotel needs to be replaced. It just feels dirty. But there was nobody cleaning in between and so he was really busy and tables were dirty dishes piled up again the carpet just horrible with food stains and dropped food. I don’t think I’d stay there again, but it was fine for a couple nights

Have to pay to park ($10), the furnishings are nice but the bed was too hard for me. The toilet was clogged, overflowing when we checked in. They sent someone right away to fix it, but they didn’t sanitize the toilet or the floor afterwards. Staff was friendly. We used the pool which was okay did not get in the hot tub, it looked disgusting. The biggest complaint the floor was absolutely disgusting, had not been swept or mopped, my daughters socks and feet where black.

Room had gray laminate flooring. Walking on the floor was sticky and filthy. I told management, left a paper towel showing the dirt-for the manager; but no response after five business days days It’s one of those establishments that looks good on the outside but fails miserably on the inside.

The toilet did NOT flush. The bathroom in general was dirty. The refrigerator was inoperable. Complained and was given a different room. Price too high with unexpected add-on charges. Unsatisfactory. One of the worst experiences I have EVER had.

Was just an average hotel, nothing seemed above and beyond to me, other than cookies at check in (my teenage boys liked that). I did get top/4th floor upon request when calling to confirm with a pretty unenthusiastic employee. We had one quick night there before a very early flight out next morning, so we did not get to have the breakfast there. Beds/pillows were fine, small bathroom with toilet/shower only, and a strange (double) bathroom sink area that was OUTSIDE of the water closet. Maybe that is more convenient for a family while someone is using toilet/shower, but it looked very odd to me. Would prefer a larger bathroom instead. Air conditioning unit would repeatedly go on/off through the night in short cycles, so it was either too cold, or too warm if sleeping right nearby - not really ideal. Typical size room, 2 queen beds, TV, mini fridge/microwave. That's about it, nothing memorable. Too bad we didn't get the breakfast, they should offer a discount to those who can't take advantage of that, as I'm sure it is plenty of people with early flights, being so close to the airport. They do offer pre-packaged muffins to go at 4am (not my thing, but it's something). Free shuttle option is nice - but we had a car until the morning, so got to pay the extra parking fee, yay. Will probably try a different hotel next time.

We needed a hotel convenient to the airport for one night before continuing on our way. Country Inn and Suites fit the bill perfectly. It is close enough yet just far enough to be away from the noise. Our room was large and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was generous and good.

We had a late flight in to PDX so chose to stay near the airport for the night instead of driving to our final destination. This hotel was affordable and got great reviews so we gave it a shot. Check in was quick and easy, and then there was a long walk to our room because we opted for further from the elevator (less noise at night). The room was small and the bathroom felt a little cramped, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. We only heard one or 2 planes fly over before 11 when we went to bed, so it wasn’t bad at night. But early in the morning the planes were very loud even with a white noise machine and the a/c fan blowing, so I recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Also, I forgot to request a top floor and heard a kid running around above us around 6am. Despite the noise, we slept ok. Breakfast was a surprise because it had a large assortment including eggs, ham, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, an omelet station as well as all the usual cereal, yogurt, and breads that you usually see. It was all definitely worth the price and we would stay again.

Outstanding service from every employee in this building. Both shuttle drivers were amazing, all four ladies I encountered at the front desk were sweet and the breakfast staff was perfect. Fantastic breakfast free with stay including waffle maker and omelette bar w/ omelette chef. Very happy with this stay.

Love the transportation option. Take the free shuttle to the Max Red Line at the airport. Saved me a bunch of money on ubers and they take you right through down down portland. Just follow google maps and select the transit option. It was super easy.

This hotel is extremely convenient to the airport. The area is also nice because there are tons of dinner options close by. The rooms are clean, new and spacious. Nice, clean, perfect location from PDX. I was very thankful for the airport shuttle. The hot breakfast was good and there was a variety including made too order omelets and fresh fruit. My only complaint is that the hotel did not allow me to take my breakfast back to my room. I had to eat it in the dining room. I was compliant with their requests but at the same time Im an adult and not a child! Ive NEVER been at a hotel with such a strict rule and Im not sure what health risks it posed. Also, ensure that you dont forget your toothbrush! They dont offer complimentary ones nor do they sell them in the market they have.

The good: Exceptional breakfast because of the made to order omelette bar. However, the potatoes and biscuit gravy were COLD. Overall a pleasant start and good value. The not-so-good: No body wash or shower soap. Needs coffee table, or end table on right side of sofa to place hot beverage while sitting on sofa. Only working ice machine is on first floor.

This hotel has seen better days. Honestly, it was not that clean. The carpet in my room was filthy and there was a whole punched (kicked?) in the bathroom door. It wasn't super quiet, but honestly no louder than any other standard hotel. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired -- and the people running it didn't seem to care about the guest experience. But, the hotel was convenient to the airport and I had a good sleep.

I won’t stay here again. Our room was stinky. The coffee provided at breakfast was grainy. I booked for 5 people but they ran out of roll away beds and had no other options for us other than extra pillows and blankets. They charged me more than $100 over the original quoted price.
