I picked the hotel because it had a transportation to take us to the airport. However, on checking out of the hotel, we were informed that on the return flight, they did not pickup people between 1 pm and 6 pm. We had to get alternate transportation to get back to the hotel. The king size bed had a hole in the size of a fist and cotton wadding balled up next to the hole. Very uncomfortable. The room was clean.

The only thing we had negative was the elevator was out on the 3rd day, the morning of leaving we used the stairs to take all of our luggage down to our car. Everything else was good. Could upgrade their free breakfast. I was thankful for a least a good cup of coffee!

Quick and easy if you are looking for a place to sleep. Pretty clean except they are in the middle of remodeling the lobby so it is dusty in the entrance. The breakfast is very minimal because they are remodeling. Room was clean, felt safe. Only complaint was that the bedding had a marker stain on it and their shuttle to the airport does not run from from 1-6PM.

When I got off the elevator on the 2nd floor, the weed odor hit me in the face. Then my "no-smoking" room smelled of weed with an overall staleness. The bathroom was crawling with baby roaches. The mattress should have been discarded years ago. The kind gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to put me in a first floor room which was much better. But I think I am done with Super 8 for now.

Initially it smelled a little weird, like incense or something but it could just be an old building. My room was okay. There is no carpeting and there were a few cosmetic issues. The bed was okay but wish there were mattress protectors on it. The sheets and pillow cases need to be cleaned with something that will brighten and get rid of stains. And the toilet kept running off and on throughout the night when it was not being used. Side note, since it is so close to the airport, be prepared to hear the planes all night. It was okay for a one night stay.

The property is showing its age with no updates!!! The bed mattress was old ans dipped to the middle!!! Ice machine was inop on our floor and the hair dryer was broke also!!! The carpet is nasty would never walk on it bare footed!! I have stayed there many times but think I am done!!!

Hotel is close to dining and highway which is nice. It is also close to downtown Grapevine which has alot of boutiques. The hotel is older and has a musty smell in the walkaways and room. Could use an update on bedding and room furniture.

They let us check in early and didn't charge us any extra money, the hotel smelled nice and was super clean. The breakfast was a choice of two different cereals, yogurt and waffles. They had juice and coffee. The mattresses were very comfortable. Each room had a coffee pot and refrigerator in it. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for the low price. Very kind people that work there.

Called ti ask for AirPort/hotel Shuttle, phone wasn’answered, when they did; just hold, hold, finally a Super 8 Shuttle arrived, driver asked me to go out because he was not able to drive me to hotel. There was a Storm, didn’t mind. Had to call a Lift service. Once at Super 8, asked for Shuttle service for today at 3 am, they start at 5, my flight departs at 5; so had to ask for Lift again. Reception clerk didn’t at least try to help, out conversation was poor his English is not as good as should, even I asked to speak to someone else.

It was good except for how loud the other people in the rooms next us where. Screaming and banging on everything. There breakfast wasn't really a breakfast. Just sugary stuff. Not even fresh fruit. Beds are hard as a rock but rooms are very clean. Was good for the price.

Pool was closed for "repairs". Can't say that everything was/felt dirty as much as it just felt OLD. My bathroom vent fan didn't work. The shower head was overrun with calcium build up. The TV remote wouldn't work unless it was within 2 feet of the tv. I know it's a budget friendly hotel, but I expect more out of a hotel stay. I can't recommend this property and I'm a little bit pissed at Hotels.com for advertising this property.
