It was good overall. The outdoor pool could use some work. We had stayed there in the past and it was so nice. Part of it was broken down and the water was not very well kept. It was a bit disappointing considering that was one of the main reasons we decided to stay there again.

We were displaced from Great Wolf Lodge due to a transformer issue. We booked this hotel because we liked the way the indoor pool looked. Come to find out, it too was under renovation. The staff quickly apologized and asked how they could make up for it being that it was my sons 6th birthday we were celebrating. All staff here, including the waitstaff and omelet bar guy at breakfast displayed the highest level of service ive ever seen. Not many places that do it like this anymore. Those were "difference making" staff members. Its because of my experience with thrm, that we will book this hotel every time we are in the Dallas area in the future.

Quality hotel, but typical Hilton where they nickel and dime you on everything. We chose hotel based on value and the sport amenities (pool, tennis courts, basketball court). We brought gear to enjoy these only to find out that to use the tennis courts have to be rented for $25 per hour. Desk staff arrogantly just smirked at us when I suggested that was ridiculous. The entire time we were there not one person used the courts. Breakfast was good, glad we selected to have it included in hotel reservation. Pools were good, however hotel was not very busy when we were there. Rooms were clean and quiet but once again not busy.

I will be staying here again. This hotel is an awesome place to stay. It’s clean, quiet, and the staff is awesome. The shuttle drivers are safe drivers and very courteous. Even though I arrived hours before check-in the staff was able to accommodate me with an available room. Thank you to Hilton DFW Lakes staff.

Well, the first impressions of this hotel were not good. Not only do they have cobwebs in the skylights and on the ceiling of the lobby, but what I was greeted with in my hotel room was alarming. I had to go to the restroom and lifted the toilet seat lid to find feces and toilet paper in the toilet. I tried flushing, it didn't budge. Called down to the front desk, the option was to move rooms or have the maintenance man come up, we chose the latter. However, after he was finished he left residue that stayed all weekend. Now, part of the reason I chose this hotel was to hopefully use the shuttle back & forth from the Gaylord for a conference I was attending, unfortunately I misread the amenities and was unable to use the shuttle. Aside from Mario, the staff of the hotel were less than stellar. They weren't friendly and overall it was not a great experience staying at this hotel. I won't be staying here again.

Cleaning staff is not doing a great job. We were a family divided in 3rooms and had problems in each and everyone. Either there were towels not delivered, lack of cleaning shower or bathtub, and forgetting to do the whole room one day. It tells that it’s not somebody but in general cleaning management and supervision is not working.

Nice hotel - but some updates aren’t actually great for families. We stayed in a renovated guest room. It was nice and clean, however, the sliding barn door on the bathroom was impractical. It was noisy and didn’t provide the privacy of a normal door. Add to that motion detecting lights in the room’s entry and bathroom with no clear off setting and it was impossible to use the bathroom at night without disturbing family members. The light switches themselves glowed bright green which we also found disturbing to our rest. On the positive side, we enjoyed both the hotel’s pools. The grounds were nice to walk around. Hotel staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient for what we planned to do on our long weekend. Overall, we would stay again if we were in the area, just wish Hilton would better consider the practicality of their guest rooms.

This isn’t the newest property out there, but the rooms are very comfortable. I spent a lot of time in mine, and it did not feel like a sterile hotel room. I could have stayed there many more days in the beds were very comfortable.

The property was conveniently located. However, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When I asked for assistance with my luggage, no one showed up. Additionally, when I spoke to management, they mentioned room 823, but I had indicated room 323. The enunciation of the numbers is quite different. The front desk representative then began arguing with me in front of her manager and was only removed from the situation when another female staff member intervened. This behavior was very unprofessional for a Hilton employee working at the front desk.

Didn't Like: No microwave, in our room. Had to journey from the 7th floor to the 1st floor to warm-up our food. Also the hotel Shuttle Driver (Linda) wasn't to big on manners (Hi, Good Morning, Thank You etc..) The Winery Shuttle van service to main street was a complete joke and we ended up taking a lyft there and Back. Likes: (not property related)R&J's restaurant was better than expected. Dining + Musical Bingo lol. The front desk staff as well as the as the Table Busser guy in the breakfast eating area were very helpful AND MANNERED!!! Hotel cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping our room clean.

The hotel overall is nice. However, the staff could be better. I confirmed nurmerous times before my trip that I could have an early check in. I was assured they had plenty of open rooms and that it would not be a problem. I checked in at 10 am, the front desk clerk told me she had rooms available for me to check in. THEN told me it would be a $50 fee to check in early because her staff had to rush to clean the rooms. So which is it? Did you have plenty of rooms available or was a maid literally hauling butt to clean my room? I was considerably irritated by not being told beforehand about this early check in fee.

Great room, comfortable bed. We arrived later (9ish), so we stopped at the Bonnie and Clyde restaurant in the lobby for a cocktail and snack- great food and WONDERFUL staff. Even the breakfast buffet and team in there was lovely. Airport shuttle was a plus, and close to Grapevine Mall, Gaylord and Great Wolf. A in my book.

Bar was terrible. Servers were outstanding but being cut off after 4 light beers in two hours is ridiculous. The breakfast was not good. We’ve stayed here before and chose this hotel because of the bar and the breakfast. You lost our business.

We had a great stay here, used the hotel shuttle from the airport. Our driver was so sweet. We also ate at the Bonnie and Clyde hideout, which was amazing. Our waitress was wonderful. The food was great and very large portions. Our room was very clean and spacious and will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton hotel. It was great. Everything was nice. The room was nice. The food was good, the only thing I didn't like was when I first got there, the bell hop guy told me that he had to get my luggage, I could not bring it in myself. So I went to go check-in at the front desk and he went barging out to my truck and it forced my cripple Wife to get out of the truck to get the Things out of the back in order to keep him from going in our truck without our permission.I think he should have waited until I got done checking in And I could help assisting him with getting my bags out of the truck , because I didn't like the way he went to my truck into my truck without asking us anything, bad service.
