Overall, the property itself was nice and has clearly improved a lot since the remodeling. It looks newly renovated and is much better than it was before. I remember the property previously being in very poor condition, so the improvements are definitely noticeable. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the front desk employees was very disappointing. Every interaction I had with him felt unnecessarily hostile. When I would ask a simple question, he responded with a major attitude and would raise his voice. On more than one occasion, I actually had to ask him why he was yelling at me. He came across as very angry and unhappy, and while I understand that everyone may be dealing with things in their personal life, that should not affect the way guests are treated. Customer service requires patience, professionalism, and basic respect. There is always an appropriate way to speak to people, especially paying guests. I stayed for two nights and chose to stay in a different room each night. Both rooms were nice overall, but unfortunately, the floors in both rooms were extremely dirty. After taking off my shoes and walking to the restroom, I looked down and noticed that my white socks had become very dirty from the floor. I really dislike walking around on dirty floors, so I ended up ordering my own cleaning supplies and cleaning the floors myself. I had to do this in both rooms. The renovation has made a huge difference, and the property itself has a lot of potential. However
