Great check in with very friendly staff member. Our balcony suite was spacious and well appointed The bed was comfortable but the flashing smoke detector was annoying. Breakfast was ok. Lots of options but often ran out of items. Our room missed out on the room being serviced for 2 days apparently due to many patrons leaving the first day but not sure why the following time. I think we should have been notified that we would miss this service and not be surprised when we returned at the end of the day to the fact. A wonderful restaurant is next door-wild sage. Highly recommend it. The pool was nice and the spa very warm with lots of towels. The gym look well appointed There was all day coffee/tea /flavored water available

Stayed here for three nights with friends. Hotel is only five months old so everything is new and fresh. Rooms smelled new. Every night they had a managers happy hour with complimentary beer and wine. Manager could not have been more friendly. Staff was great and the breakfast had a nice selection. Right next door they built a restaurant where we ate two nights. Food was delicious. We highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Everything is great. The Hotel is new and well designed. The all place is clean and has a Business center a fitness center and a pool. The pool needs a few lounge chairs and a cushions for the chairs but I spoke to the manager and told me he will consider those additions. Staff is great. Professional, courteous and helpful. In 14 days trip in South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana, this was the best Hotel I booked.

I don't usually write reviews, but the Clubhouse H&S was exceptional. The staff was extremely courteous. I loved the 24 hour hot beverage bar. I went down later at night with the kids for hot chocolate, and the front desk clerk was on his hands and knees scrubbing grout lines. Awesome place.

We had a room that was outside entrance. Loved that for the convenience. It was just rather dirty surrounding the enterance of the room. There were also cockroaches outside the whole vicinity of the outside entrance rooms that were near us. The room was clean, no bed bug interaction’s, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection and it had more options than anticipated. Check in was smooth and they had great customer service.

Loved it. A couple of suggestions are: 1- the fire alarms have strobe lights that would have kept us awake had we not put dark tape over them. 2- The lighting is a harsh LED that needs to soften. The room needs lighting that is more incandescent. Also a lamp by the love seat would would give some light to that end of the room. Otherwise a very pleasant stay! Loved the pillows!

Property is really nice. I’d probably stay there again, but they missed the boat on the room AC unit located in the bedroom that is very loud and cycles off and on. In addition, the smoke alarm has a bright white led light that flashes every seven seconds. Annoying. Finally, the breakfast selection was a typical Hampton Inn unhealthy selection of high sugar, high fat, and high carbs. For the money I expected better. But the hotel itself is very nice.

I feel like the support staff was lacking. The elevator went down during my stay and there was no communication. I was locked out of my room and my keys were deactivated before I could check out. The front desk said I had to ask any maid on my floor to let me in. When i checked with a maid, they said that my keys should always work, regardless of check out time. He told me I still had time to check out as it was at 11am. This is very rude and inconvenient, I have never had this happen during any of my stays and was disheartened by the cruel indifferent response to my things being locked away in my room.

Easy access from airport and as a gateway to the Black Hills. There are restaurants nearby within walking distance. But you will need a car to go to downtown Rapid. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it for visiting family. I live in Rapid City.
