I did not like the fact that the hot tub was still broken. I read other reviews, and it has been down for a while. They need to take it off their description. the hotel had a smell to it that was not pleasant.

We didn’t get the room we booked a week and a half prior to arrival, at hotel the told us our room was already booked out to other people and put us into a double queen. The hot tub in the pool area wasn’t even available and the pool was disgusting. Hardly had any breakfast options just waffles and some bread products and the coffee was cold.

Hot tub, broken. Ice machine, broken. Breakfast included: waffles, incorrectly labeled cereal and bread and butter. That was it. Fruit loops on the hallway carpet there for the 48 hours we were there. They ran out of towels. Only 2 were in our room and there was no more to be had. Leaking celing on main floor with the upstairs hallway above? Where is the water coming up. Was an absolute disappointment to stay there for how much it cost. Will never go back there.

Found the place to be unclean, pool area especially dirty, 0 towels. Below par breakfast, toast and cereal. Hot tub out of order, no notification of any kind. On a vacation these are things we look for. Not terribly fussy. Hotel needs some serious upgrade

The stay was ok. Room was spacious. It is in dire need of an update. The tub handle is in the wrong spot so finding hot water became a challenge. Many of the side doors you cant access because the readers are broke. The back door is not secure and opens 24/7 by anyone.

Out side doors are broken- don’t open with key. Waited more than 1 1/2 hrs for room to be available. Bed bug bites 18-20 bites on arms, neck and even face, showed up as we were driving away in the morning. I won’t stay at this location again!

The room was dirty but we had no choice because it was the last room. The outlets were broken and the toilet was disgusting. There was used soap bar from the previous guest left in the shower. There was a partially roll of toilet paper and extra and was only one bath towel and this was a double queen room. The best thing about this dump was the friendly host Jessica.

No maid service during entire stay even when requested. Had to remove my own trash and request towels from front desk as well as soap. Roaches in bathroom. Unknown persons drinking/drunk at rear parking lot almost nightly. Unknown person had pickup truck on sidewalk and appeared to be doing mechanic work underneath truck. Rear entry door from parking lot not secured as locking mechanism was non-existent and card reader at door was missing with bare wires protruding from wall.

We were in room116. Mold in corner near ceiling by window. Bathtub was dirty and did not drain this made it difficult to shower. You need bath mats as bottom of tub is slippery.

The help was friendly, some very conscientious and some not. Our windows faced the parking lot & the curtains had the lining torn out. It was as light as day all through the night and each day we were promised they'd be replaced before the next night. That was three nights of excuses Amenities were great and the bed comfy, nice shower and a pleasant stay except for the impossibly of sleeping well when it's never dark

Check in was quick, easy and friendly. Some of the external doors to the building either didn’t open with room card or couldn’t be locked. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was a good size though the carpet felt sticky and dirty, and one of the beds had a broken bed base so we had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep on it. Breakfast was ok, no protein options though. Overall the property needs updating, maintenance and a bit of love but was ok for the night. Plenty of bright lights in car park made me feel better about our rental car being parked.

Bed and pillows were ok. Sheets too small for bed. Rugs had numerous stains, musty smell, broken air con covers, curtains hanging by a thread, window handle cracked. So loud! You can hear every vehicle drive by. Didn't help that Sturgis is this weekend and tons of motor bikes driving by. It's fine for a night but wouldn't recommend for special occasion or rest and relaxation.

We got here, the night workers were nice, we had dirty linen so a nice woman changed it for us without a problem.We checked out the next day and someone broke into our car, we asked the front desk if there was anything they can help us with and the only manager on in the building (the younger light skinned guy) said “are you sure it was even here?” Wild. We asked if we could at least see the video tape of the camera pointing at our car and he said to talk to the police before they can help us. He also replied with “I hope you know you aren’t going to get anything back if we do help” blew us away with how they handled the situation. So we called the police and filed a report. law enforcement did let us know this keeps happening over here. Definitely keep your guard up even if your on vacation or a work trip

Check in was a joke. At first i was told they didnt have a suite at the property, then they were not sure if it was clean, then they didnt program the key cards. Days Inn is under constructuon/remodel. No way to enter the building with a key, had to use lobby doors. Broken amenities and still charged full price. Will not stay here again. Super noisy on floor above. Just awful.

Don't arrive early and expect to be greeted by welcoming front desk staff. The individual wouldn't bother to look up from his computer to tell me "Check-in's at 3." There is no elevator, so be prepared to schlep your luggage to the second floor. The vending machine was out of order and there was no one at the front desk when I needed to check out at 4:30 am. Also, while the property lists a shuttle service as an amenity, there is no shuttle. You have to call and arrange for one at your own expense. Once you call, they tell you to make your arrangements online. The online reviews are poor, so I ended up using Uber to get to the airport. The room was clean and tidy, but the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced.

This property is not handicap or elderly friendly. No elevators !! We booked a king size bed online and was told that there was not any king size beds on first floor . My husband is handicap and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs . Staff at front desk was rude and not helpful with anything that we needed .

The bed was very comfortable and the motel was close to all that we wanted to see. The motel does not have an elevator but they are renovating so it will eventually have one. It was difficult for us to be on the second floor due to mobility issues but the young man at the desk carried our suitcases up the stairs for us. The breakfast was very good and the atmosphere of the motel was nice.

We booked the hotel online. We felt unsafe as several of the doors locks on the outside of the hotel were not functional or easily bypassed due to exposed wires. It looked like somebody had kicked out or been thrown through one of the windows by the door which has then been replaced only with a thin piece of laminate. The police were there multiple times during the two nights we stayed. There were also signs about punishing trespassers on the doors. It appeared as if some of the hotel was being rented out as housing, which we did not expect from a Days Inn. The breakfast the first day was bare as if the front desk person or attendant didn’t care. The hotel was also dirty and in disrepair.

When we parked the car to go to our room, a man standing by the hotel back door asked us for money. The key card system to the outdoor locks was not working, so we were told by the front desk to leave the doors propped open and staff would close them up securely that night. Pretty sure they were left propped open all night. Not a feeling of safely in the neighborhood and then the outside doors not being locked and people begging at them was a little un-nerving.

had to wait at check inn desk for 20 minutes. Hotel does not have an elevator so had to lug all luggage up stairs. Hotel has the smallest continental breakfast I have ever seen and the coffee from their machine came out cold. basically whole breakfast was a mess

We booked this property last minute at an amazing price, and were very satisfied. The desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay at a great value. The only negative was their continental breakfast left some room for improvement, they had muffins, donuts, toast and waffles, but with no butter and no proteins whatsoever.

Our cleaning lady was amazing. Loved her. I wish there was more to the breakfast instead instead of just waffles and pastries, scrambled eggs or hard boiled eggs would’ve been great.
