Been here before, overall hotel is beautiful, building and pools are lovely, sea is clean. was much better quality hotel back in 2016/17. But sadly This year quality is same as 4 star hotel, extremely crowded, full of uneducated Russians (always breaks the food drink queue) and big Arab families ( loud and dirty) . Kids running around dance show on stage. Not suitable for couples anymore. Food below 5 star hotel quality ( I know this for fact as I had better food here 10 years ago). . Staff some great ,some lazy. Some staff smokes around you, always towels on benches, noone sits just occupies the beds, staff don't care. No internet at your last day, water is cut always after 1am at rooms so you don't shower. Best thing is they have good quality barista coffee at the cafe bar. But no fresh juice. I guess they changed the target customer. So it is clear they will loose their 5th. star soon.

Ratio price /quality of the room we can’t compare. Price too high . They change room because in the first I stay 2 days but bad smell. In second one internet not working. About clean it was ok. Food and restaurant ok. Beach no sand just stone and no space. Need more quality for this kind of price.
