Broken down vehicles everywhere, half of the lights and most of the electrical outlets were not working. Pool was filthy, pool house severely damaged, the old "spa room" is nasty storage. Way better looking competitors on either side of property. seems like it was once a nice place but no longer.

A dark cold property with no hot or even warm water for showers in the morning. Would also be nice to sit down and watch the news or something after a long day , but not here since all the tv's just show static. This hotel is priced lower than other motels in the area , but they must make there money back by not heating there water or pay for cable tv. The front desk staff are no help , they acually seem angry if you ask for help. Stay away it is not worth what they are charging.

Both ice machines were broken. Since my husband is diabetic, it was a medical requirement to keep his insulin cold while we travel. This required us to find a grocery store & buy ice. The cable tv service was out. No tv. Thank goodness the nba basketball game wasn't on that night or there would have been some real problems.

The garbage in the parking lot was overflowing and there were mattresses by the side. The room was dirty and stains on the carpet. The tub looked like it had never been cleaned. There were several light bulbs burned out. The room had a dirty smell. It was disgusting! Don't stay here!

Just spent one evening passing through. Hands down, the most dirty room I have ever stayed in. Bathroom floors were literally sticky, bath tub had a layer of dust/dirt over the entire tub, and the carpet did not need a cleaning..it. needed to be torn out. Discusting! We literally had black on our feet/ socks walking on it. Grout in the bathroom was black from dirt and who knows what. I relay this to the front desk checking out and the lady hands me a sticky tab to write it down?? The left does not know what the right is doing.. You can put me on the will not be returning list!

The door to the bathroom could not close completely. We found bugs on the AC unit and the window sill above it. There were places such as under the coffee table and next to the bed that were not vacuumed. In the hallway outside our room pretzels and chips had been dropped and crushed when we arrived and were still there the next day.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is EXTREMELY unsanitary. I have never been so shocked to walk into a hotel room in my 31 years of life. 20+ flies all over the room. The toilet was covered in them. The tub had stains and the tile floor was cracked badly. The baseboards along the floor in the bathroom were cracked and had numerous holes. The vent/light fixture on the ceiling in the bathroom had about 5 years+ of dust caked to it and inside of it. My husband and I closed the bathroom door and stuffed a towel at the bottom. The carpet looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The sheets had blood stains, leaves, dirt, a small dead beetle, and hairs of various lengths on them. I’m wondering if they are truly laundered and replaced or just re made after use. Not to mention the sheets were on incorrectly. 3 pillows were provided. One was a 1/2 pillow, about the size of small throw pillow so really only 2.5 pillows. The walls were scuffed. The door was very dirty. Not to mention the shady stuff going on outside the hotel, but that’s beside the point. I can manage with a lower budget hotel but I draw the line a lack of cleanliness. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BOOK HERE. Luckily my husband and I only had to stay one night since we just stopped through during traveling. We checked in at midnight and left before 7am. We put a blanket over the bed and slept in all our clothes. This hotel needs to be shut down and fumigated then deep cleaned. I will NEVER stay here again.

NASTY, gross, dirty room!! Dirty carpet with huge stains, literal piles of dirt in corners of bathroom. TV didn't work. WIFI didn't work. Some of lights didn't work. Old beat up furniture in room. Appeared there was a half hearted attempt to apply new paint at one time - smears, roller marks, no cutting/edging. Outside hotel seemed sketchy. The bed was actually comfortable (terrible pillows). And even though the shower was not clean to step into - it did have hot water with great water pressure. Those *two* things would never sway me to stay there ever again. Disgusting.

This Days Inn may have been an acceptable two-star, cheap motel 40 years ago, but today it is not maintained and is truly a disgusting, run-down, filthy place. The complimentary breakfast looked so bad that we left and ate elsewhere. The floor had not been cleaned, the carpet was stained, the furniture would not have been accepted by the Salvation Army, and the bathroom was grimy.

We were placed in the section of rooms with pets even though we had none. There were dogs barking until almost midnight, and we could hear every word of conversation from the room above us. There was a gap in the exterior door to the room that you could see the light from outside through. Definitely could have been better.

I was unable to check in early upon arrival. They had trouble finding my reservation. I got locked out of my room for the second night of my stay. They came and took my towels at the end of my first night, but then never replaced them. They also came and knocked on the door about 9am to see if I was leaving and to take the towels that they never replaced. The breakfast consisted of microwave sandwiches and oatmeal. There was noise and parking lot activity all night. The kind of activity that is not the positive kind.

The airconditioner didn't work correctly. The cable television did not work. Went to the desk and was told "Oh yeah, the cable hasn't been working for a few days and that I wouldn't need the air conditioner or heater because of the weather. If I would have been aware of the co ditions of this property I would never have stayed there. Will never stay at these properties again or get a reservation with Expedia because the description or rating was not accurate at all.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were quiet. The first room had a toilet that would contabtly run due to a poor installation of the float valve and handle arm that would sometimes interfere with one another. Hot water was warm at best. Heater in the first room stopped working, and I was able to quickly move to a new room.

We actually waited 4 hours for staff to come and bring towels and clean bedding and when we went to the office a 4th time, I was told that they had been too busy to get us our towels and bedding. WE LEFT AND WENT TO ANOTHER MOTEL. We were treated badly by management, and were told by other customers that the condition of the room was due to the cleaning staff quitting due to issues with management.

This was a joke- sheets undone, no toilet paper, no toilet flushed, unsafe area, manager banging on my door 90 minutes before I had to checkout (while working). I was not expecting anything great - just the basics, see the photos for what I mean as I walked in after a 12 hour work day! I got to the hotel to check in and there was nobody at the front desk and no sign saying they would be back. I called the hotel phone number and the front desk person answered and came to the checkin desk. The room had a broken TV which was annoying because I wanted to watch an NBA playoff game. I called again to the front desk and was told they’d be by the room soon. I walked back to the front desk after 10 minutes and they finally came by and decided to change out the TV in my room. The room itself didn’t have a chair at the desk, it was dirty, the shower curtain was moldy, the outlet for the blow drier wasn’t working until I pushed the reset button on it. I will never stay at this Days Inn ever again. I don’t know how I was even able to sleep knowing how disgusting the room was.

We called ahead because it was going to be a late check in and I wanted to be sure we had our rooms. When we arrived I received my keys and one didn’t work , second time room was taken by someone eles , third time key didn’t open door , forth time room was dirty , and finally the 5th time we got a room with one bed instead of two . They lady told us that she would talk to her manager and see if they could give us a discount or free stay for the inconvenience. We didn’t ask for it but I appreciated her bring it up since it was cold and I had a 3 year old with you and it was 1:45 when we checked in and ended up in the room at 3:23 am then they told us that check out was at 11:30 and we where packed and re add y to go by 11:00 when there was a knock at the door the person that cleans the room was mad and rude I was gave them wrong info by the person in the desk and when I went to check out the lady in the front just gaslighted they whole problem and said that no she was like that when she got nervous and made it seam like getting screamed at by another guest at 2:30 Ok

Staff noticed that my tire was going flat and let me know If he hadn't done so, I would have gotten up in the morning and found the problem which couldn't have been resolved before a medical appointment I had. I am extremely grateful that front desk staff assisted far beyond in order to help me.

dennys accross parking lot and applebees accross street. gas station two doors down. nice on site breakfast with apples, coffee, orange juice, milk, yogart, bagles, toast, cream cheese, jelly, jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, jimmy dean breakfast sausage rolled in syrup pancake on stick. frosted corn flakes, raisin bran. cheapest motel in town that offers breakfast. no reason to complain. fridge and mircowave in room. bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water in shower. if you stay at a cheap motel and you want to complain then that is on you. very nice front desk people. accomidated me with a ground floor room because i am handycaped.

I have been coming to this motel for over 35 years now. I like parking lot level access rooms because of my disability where I need to move a oxygen machine from the trunk into the room and not carry heavy items up stairs. It does seem the property is becoming somewhat dated but the value and price point are still good. A cheep alarm clock would be nice since some of old fools forget to bring one and wake up calls are not guaranteed. The motel is convenient to food options like Applebees and Dennys albeit they are quite expensive nowadays. It seems to have developed a crime element lately (along with Junction in general) with drug deals taking place in front of rooms and in the parking lot which makes the guests feel a little spooky about their safety. Our room was nice enough but had a very strong odor of bleach or other cleaning products which made my sinus condition worse and resulted in a sore throat for days afterward. The morning "free breakfast" was non-existent! Either the early birds ate it all or it wasn\'t even available. Don\'t know which but when we showed up at about 8:30AM it was picked clean. Fortunately Denny\'s was only a few steps away and has wonderful breakfast choices. We had a queen sized bed, a couch and the usual desks, tables, etc. It would be nice to provide a small round table for every room if possible for people to eat on. Or maybe a stowable table that collapes and fits in the closet when not being used? Anyhow don\'t expect anything fancy here.

The first thing I noticed when driving onto the property were two police cars. The police were talking with someone who was staying at the hotel. It appeared to me that there were people living at this hotel full-time, not just people staying for a night or two. There were broken down vehicles in the hotel parking lot. The hotel is run down and dirty with a notice on one of the doors about a bug infestation. The note said that you could get a refund of your money if you notified the front desk within 10 minutes of checking in that you did not want to stay because of the bugs. I didn't see any bugs, but I would have used this excuse to leave if I had seen the notice earlier. I felt unsafe because of all the unsavory looking people staying at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised that my car was still there in the morning. I did not take advantage of the included breakfast and didn't even want to use the shower because it looked dirty. I will NEVER stay there again and do not recommend it to anyone else who might be considering it.

The bed & ground floor was super good! Toilet wouldn’t stop running, tub was missing a tub stopper, handles for dressers were missing & there were grimes on the shower corner walls. Over all nice location & didn’t even have to fight for a parking space w/a Denney’s Rest. In the parking lot next to the hotel.

The billboard was misleading what they serve for breakfast. ONLY bread & cereal. We thought it would be a full buffet. The room carpet and chair were greasy and filthy. Cigarette butts all over the grounds. Very loud swearing neighbors. Was so glad to get out of there!!!

Staff very courteous & pleasant to deal with. Rooms are dated. It had loose tile in the bathroom, the tub had a plastic cover to make it look new but water got under it & it was like trying to stand on a waterbed, very unstable. The sofa & desk chair needed to be retired/replaced. I was afraid to use either one. The “breakfast” was a joke, hostess danishes, green bananas, packaged breakfast sandwiches, juice & cereal.

There's a lot of parking, even for big trucks. The breakfast is very poor, just microwave muffins, bread, coffee and juice. My room lacked of towels and toilet paper. They didn't even bother to check and clean the fridge, there was a drink from the previous tenant.

Horrible, said they had breakfast, they don’t. Unless you want some crap in a bag of they have it. No ice machines work. They don’t have parking near any room and don’t communicate even at check in, they just stood there and waited for me to initiate anything on check in or me even being present… Horrible service with bouncy beds and no accommodations besides dennys next door.

It's a 1 or 2 star hotel. They do very little maintenance on the property grounds or even in the rooms. The rooms are doused in bleach water, smelling horribly like toxic chemicals. The food is poor- just store bought breakfast sandwiches.

This hotel did not reflect the usual standards of Hotels.com Breakfast was supposed to be included. The counter was not well stocked. We had to open cabinets to find packaged foods and fruit. Even then the quality and variety was not good. Obtaining fresh linens was a bit challenging. The office attendant was not always visibly available, and seldom comfortable with being accommodating. The room was "clean," but felt grimy. The lamp was broken at the junction to the switch.
