This hotel was wonderful with the grand vista views found in the name. It had a pool and onsite restaurant with a lounge singer even which was lovely. The management and staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the free shuttle as needed between both the train station and airport was great.

The room wasn’t ready and we were 3 hours later than check in time, the hot tub wasn’t working. We were only there for a short stay so it worked out fine. We probably will try to stay where there is included breakfast and no parking fee next time

I want two things when I travel-safety and cleanliness. Hotel's .com makes a room around 61 dollars plus the 14 parking fee. My room was spotless and comfortable. Perhaps not new but comfortable. They pick up people from the airport for free. The breakfast is ok. It is the same everyday. For $15. The pool is gorgeous.

Room was very outdated but clean. Beds are broken down and uncomfortable. However, the pool area was nice and Baileys lounge has good food and plenty of entertainment. The $14 a day "parking fee" is absolutely absurd. What a tacky way to show your paying customers that you appreciate them keeping your business going. I wouldn't stay here again just based on having to pay for parking for a place you've already paid to stay.

Great place to stay, it was clean and quiet on our floor. This hotel has a great pool and hot tub. Also a great bar. Saturday was karaoke and it was a blast! Fun, family friendly but a great stay for adults as well.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub were nice, although the jets were not working on the hot tub. Staff was professional and friendly. The things I took one star off for were the extra charge for parking ($14 per night), the fitness center only had a stair climber machine (and only in French) with a small bench and free weights, and no continental breakfast. There is a restaurant in the hotel that offered a breakfast buffet for 15.99. Had I known these things I would have booked with my usual hotel chain for less.

Not good - they charged $ 14 to park in their open parking lot overnight - ridiculous! Hot tub jets don’t work and they almost bragged that they haven’t worked for a few years. No shampoo in bathroom. Nearby road notice very noticeable all night long. Overall disappointing experience! Definitely wouldn’t stay there again!

Added $14 charge for overnight parking. Room was ok, bed comfortable. Everything was filthy. Walls where light switches were are gross, hairdryer was covered in grime and dirt. One little bar of soap and one small hair/body soap. Shower head at height for 4" person. Carpets dirty. Gal at check in was rather brazen. Said we'd have an extra $100 incidentals charge and would see a credit in 2-3 days. Will not recommend.

The mini suites are extremely large. Included a small fridge, couch with a chase lounger, and a captains chair. The negative was the cleanliness. Broken women's finger nail on the floor, lots of hair in the tub and a sock left near the bed skirt.

This experience was absolutely horrible. I felt so unwelcome upon entry. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was old blood stains and pubic hair all over the room and in the bed. The shower had hair in it and there was hair on the toilet seat. I will never stay nor recommend this hotel to anyone. Not even a bumb on the street . The gutter would be more clean then the rooms were. Floor was water damaged and it smelt like mildew. There was blood spatter on the lamp shade. I was absolutely appoled .

Cops on property when we arrived. Person getting arrested. Carpet in room feels nasty and hairballs in the bathroom. This should not be in the 8 ratings. Pictures are deceiving. Beds are barely bigger than a twin. You get what you pay for

Check in was fast and they gave me the high floor room we requested. The 6th floor hallway smelled musty. Rooms were a little dated, but bed was comfy and it was quiet. The free drink tickets were nice, and the band at the bar was quite good. It was vonvenient and walkable to food options.

The walls were super thin, so I heard everything happening in the rooms around me making it hard to sleep. There was also a large gap all the way around the door that let in light and noise. The room itself was clean and most of the staff were friendly.

A decent hotel and stay, close to airport. I enjoyed the Baileys restaurant/bar onsite, with live music. Had a room with two standard queen beds. Started with one bed, but it was sinking seriously in the middle section so moved to the other one which was better. Bedding was clean. My door didn’t close fully without help, which is a safety issue. Internet functioned most of the time. I had about 30 minutes of the spinning wheel of death, trying to load webpages. Do not like the $14 per day parking fee. Front desk told me it’s “because we don’t want guests to pay taxes on that.” Huh? Another guest told me that they told him there is a parking fee because they’re an airport hotel. Housekeeper was very friendly and wished me a good day each day. Hotel could use a deep cleaning of floorboards and carpets.

I was not willing to pay the prices on breakfast… their food was expensive… It might’ve been really good, but I wasn’t willing to find out. I was not impressed by my check in… The girl that checked me and was crabby. When I got done, I told her she could smile. Also, I wasn’t really happy about having to pay $14 for parking. I guess it was in the fine print.

We arrived at the hotel after traveling for almost 9 hours. We checked in and despite my timely booking for 2 rooms-we were placed on different floors from our granddaughter and her son. They stated that they could not acomodate our request to be on the same floor as they were full. So-unhappily we just checked in and went to our rooms. Sadly our room key worked but my granddaughter's did not. She went back down to get the key fixed-came back and 2nd key still didn't work. Mainteniance was called and he worked on the lock and stated it was not a quick fix. Meanwhile our family was standing outside their room with luggage etc around them. The lady at front desk kept stating no room available! After a long while they did "find" a room across hall from original room. We were all hot-tired and needless to say irritated by this time. The man sent to fix problem was very nice-can't say the same for the front desk older lady!

Beds were a little on the small size , but they worked out fine . Wasn’t crazy about the $14.00 parking fee either , didn’t know about it till check out . My biggest problem was the rude help in bar area , girl on Thursday night was maybe the rudest waitress/ bartender I have encountered in a while . Pretty sure the hotel makes good money from that bar , would make more if they would hire some decent help . Friday night the bar was out of pretty much all liquor, nice planning .

My room was comfortable and clean. Check in was a bit of a mess (I got sent to the wrong room and my card didn’t work) but wasn’t a big deal for the price. Service in the bar is really bad. Bar tender disappears for about 10 minutes every 10 minutes. Probably a smoker. Overall, for the price I would stay here every time I travel to Grand Junction.

Absolutely one of the best places to stay! From front desk check in to service in the lounge, food was delicious. And breakfast in the restaurant we ordered off the menu large portions the breakfast burritos wow two could have shared it! Did have a nice breakfast buffet set up but a large number of orchestras students were there at the same time.

Was on a cross country motorcycle trip and stayed here after a 7 hour ride from Vegas. Exactly what we needed. Was the hot tub working? Sorta, no jets. Was the water fountain broke? Sure but not necessary. Was it a little outdated? Yes. Was it a charming and perfect stop on a long road trip? Absolutely. The bar is a timeless place to pop in and chat with a stranger. The restaurant is equally charming. Employees were friendly and great. Would stay here over and over.

1. I was hit with a surprise $14 parking fee upon checking in. Grand Junction is not a big city. This was petty theft. 2. There was a strong, unpleasant aroma in the elevator and hallway to my room. 3. The restaurant prices were expensive, as if this is a 4-star hotel. It most certainly is not. I ate out for dinner and breakfast. This combined to create a poor, regretful experience. I won’t be back.

Desk clerks on arrival a little brusque, but everyone else friendly and attentive. Yes, she's a bit tired this place, with a confused interior design, but otherwise excellent facility. Restaurant is ok and rare for a hotel like this to have a proper bar with entertainment laid on. Great value.
