The location is great. However, for the location and the price I have stated in better. The staff was not great. They were not helpful when we were trying to check in early, especially since it was during a Nor’ester. The lights in the room didn’t all work. If you can overlook those things it is a great location with a subway stop in front, restaurant locations close, and other financial district locations.

Do not stay at this hotel. The shower does not have hot water. The bed was missing sheets, had some sort of plastic on it and was uncomfortable. The floor was dirty in places and left my white socks gray/black after walking. There's a microwave and a few bowls and plates - but no cutlery and no cups or glasses for drinking. The keycard access for the front door of the hotel does not work and you have to wait for a front desk attendant to buzz you in - this was not always immediate. I left early and switched to a different hotel which was a cost of extra money and time

This is a property attempting to position itself as useful to a traveler to the financial district or Ground Zero. While well located, they have predatory business practices. I am reporting them to the NY State Consumer Protection Bureau. They have so many violations against improper Hospitality Services and Privacy. I checked out early to a lesser quality that is honest.

No frills but comfortable bed, clean&hot shower, fridge and microwave, cold AC. Great location, close to subway, Trinity Church and Battery Park! Great value!

The room was clean, the bed was good, the AC was good, the shower was good, the staff was very friendly and the location is fantastic. Yes, it's all concrete floors but I didn't find it too inconvenient. Also, as others have mentioned, the blinds don't cover the windows completely, so be cautious of that. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!
