Overall we had a great stay. The staff in the kitchen were so nice and attentive even with the busy flow of people coming in. The hotel could definitely use some upgrades though. There wasn't a smart TV, no USB or type C plug ins with the outlets, the Tub/Shower looked old and messy with all the terrible caulking it had, the button for the elevator on the 5th floor was shattered which was not safe. Also I have never experienced a hotel running out of hot water so that was interesting. The pool room has so much potential. You can see where the hotub used to be and the water feature on the back wall was not on. I think with some improvements this hotel will be much better.

Overall the place is a good spot to rest your head . Staff is really nice and helpful. Property is kept clean. The gym equipment was run down , some missing parts but working .

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. Having an indoor pool was great since the weather in the area is unpredictable. We did wish the water was about 2 or 3° warmer though as we got chilled in it after 20 minutes or so. The overall temperature in the restaurant, public areas and hallways was too cold. (I am ALWAYS HOT, but even I was cold in those areas.) I would encourage guests to bring a sweater or jacket, especially for dining. Breakfast was always good. Dinners were fairly good as well, just pricey. There are a few dining choices nearby (easy walking distance) We especially liked the food at Irene's Honduran Restaurant on Russell. My husband mistakenly extended our stay, but the charge was removed. However, the final folio looks wrong to us. Our price was supposed to include breakfast for two (out of 3) of us. But we were charged for 3 breakfasts each day anyway. Unfortunately, we didn't discover this until after we left. Hopefully, we can get it straightened out over the phone.

We were disappointed upon arrival to learn the pool and hot tub were out of order. Not just out of order but completely drained. The hotel was average. Outdated compared to hotels in the area and they need to their key card/door lock system. The key cards and locks haven't been updated in at least 15 years and the property manager/engineer (bless him) had to come up with us to show us the secret card jiggle to be able to get into our room. Staff was nice, but the hotel could use some upgrades. Price was okay but we thought it was a good deal WITH the pool. No pool and it's a clean place to crash. No bugs or rodents though, so also a plus!

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean but I could only rate them a one for cleanliness due to the conditions of our room. Someone with a pet (cat or dog) must have stayed in our room because there was cat or dog hair everywhere. It was quite upsetting because it was stuck on our clothes. The other thing was the bath tub was disgusting. There were stains in it and then the water wouldn't go down so you had to stand in a pool of water when taking a shower.

Staff was friendly, but hotel was a dump. Found a mouse trap behind my bed, showed management and they refunded my money, but that shouldn't have even been an experience i had to encounter. That was after I had asked to be moved from the floor I was on because of a sewage smell that permiated the entire floor.

I enjoyed my stay. Room was cleaning and beds were comfy. Although you could hear kids in the hallway screaming for majority of the time. Cleaning ladies you could hear as well majority of the time. I would’ve like for it to be a bit more quieter. Other than that I would stay again

Stayed for almost a week here and still didn’t get to explore all the amenities. The on site restaurant was great- that whole staff and chef was amazing.. front desk was super accommodating and the only time I had any issue was w loud neighbors - it took a couple trips up stairs by mgmt but they finally quieted down and I have no other complaints than that

We had to wait over 30 mins to get situated in our room, keys did not work for 2 rooms finally after much back and forth front staff took us to another floor where the key finally worked at the 3rd room. Food order at the in house restaurant took too long and waitress missed two items and gave them to us when we paid the bill! Not one ice machine was working, and the front staff Rudy said he would have it brought up to us in the morning. When I called down in the morning another front staff said no problem, but then called back and said I had to come down to the kitchen with the ice bucket, when I said I could not come down because of my kid in the room, she then asked if I could bring her down with me! I was livid.Then I got a 2nd call from the same staff and was told someone would bring the ice up, 30 mins later it arrived to the room! Also, the hotel had a nasty sewage smell on the floor we stayed on! Holiday Inn is not what it used to be. Will never go back...

Our room was never cleaned when we stayed there for three nights. Not sure if this is normal. When checking in front lady was rude. It was almost like I was an inconvenient to her. Was just an awkward check in. Service at restaurant was office bartender and chef were great snd very friendly.

The service desk was amazing. Polite, professional, and efficient. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was clean. Service by Q and Kenny was absolutely amazing. Food was cooked perfect and absolutely no wait for drinks and food. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others staying in the area.

The entire stay was phenomenal. My biggest pet peeve is parking options and there was plenty available. Staff was very courteous and helpful, the entire building including my room was tidy and presentable, and being in a centralized location was nice for accessibility to everything I needed. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the area.

Been on the road for days and selected this hotel for a stay. It's a clean nice place however it is the only hotel in my travels that Did Not offer a cup of coffee in the morning much less free breakfast. Oh, it had a restaurant, so I assume they want you to buy breakfast, but when an average breakfast is priced around $17, Nope, not going to happen. I sure they wake up and offer the basic amenities most other hotels do! I'll move down the street to the Hampton. Same room, same service and free coffee and breakfast!
