Checked into our room, went out for a while then we got back to our room and was getting ready for bed and we had to take showers and found 16 PUBIC Hairs in our bathtub. Contacted the main desk and they offered nothing or no resolution. The assistant at the front desk offered us a free night stay through the app via points and we were not even able to do that and when we called and ask for help, they were not able to help us. We cruise 3 to 4 times a year and we always stay at this hotel and we recommend this hotel to all of our friends in the future. We will not be staying at this hotel nor recommending because I want a clean room after I’ve driven down to Miami which is far and I want to lay down and rest and not have to worry about whether my room is clean or not. On our last visit, we ate at the restaurant inside the hotel and the food and service was absolutely terrible and we didn’t even report on that. We figured. Maybe it was just a bad night, so I’m not really for sure whether we’re gonna stay here anymore I highly doubt it. The Fairfield Inn and Holiday Inn and smaller hotel changes like that have clean rooms then what we’ve experienced with your establishment the last 2 to 3 times. Thank you, Jackie Dzugen

The key card wouldn’t work to access the elevator so I would often be stuck in the lobby area either waiting for someone else to see if their key worked or try my key so many times until it worked. Also, on 2 of the 5 days that I was there, the maid just walked i to my room. O knocking just barged in. I wasn’t doing anything but just hated the lack of respect/privacy. The hotel itself is fine otherwise. Won’t stay here again.

Huge room size and welcoming staff. Directly across from a great grocery store. The location is a bit unsafe for walking because of the highways and all the traffic but easy to get a taxi

Beautiful hotel, courteous and helpful staff, concierge service very helpful. I would stay here again, but there was not any surface area in the bathroom for getting ready/dressed, better lighting is needed, and a mirror outside the bathroom.
