I loved my stay here. Very clean and friendly staff. Room was extremely spacious (we got the one bedroom suite). I would have given it a 5 if they had an indoor pool. They will have an outdoor one soon, but the time we travel here it would be too cold for it. If not for that, we absolutely LOVED it!

On our trip from TX to PA we stayed at 5 different hotels. The Residence Inn at King of Prussia was the best by far. The room is well appointed, immaculate, comfortable, quiet, and has everything in the kitchen that one would need. There are outside grills for cooking; a clean and adequate size pool; and lovely outside seating. I am a very “picky” mom re: hotels for my family. I highly recommend this facility. When we return to PA for another visit, I will choose this one again! And, NO, I am not related to anyone- lol!

There are renovations going on around the property. When those are done, it will be a beautiful place. During the process, it is a bit confusing.

I liked that Paige the Front Desk Manger was concerned about the pictures I showed her about the room. There was a little whole. In the bathroom there was some spots of blood. Paige also was helpful when I told her they had charged me twice. I had a booking with Expedia. Plus I let them know my son left his 1 Million Cologne. They said they would look for it. Over all the stay was nice.

We had a problem with check in with being double charged for the room and the staff did not seem to be able to correct the issue. The sheet on the bed was stained, we removed and just slept without it and in the morning asked that when the room was serviced, to please put a new sheet on the bed. When we returned later that evening, our room was not even serviced after speaking with the day manger in the morning. The room itself and the hotel is very nice and think if the staff was better our rating would have been excellent overall.

Pros: Good location for KoP. Staff was friendly. Rooms and facility are nice. Cons: Pillows were too flat and soft. I told staff garbage was thrown on floor by elevators three separate times and it was not cleaned up for two days. I complained about kids running around banging on doors and being noisy in the halls and nothing changed.
