The property is fairly nice. It is in a great location in the Historic District, very easy to get around to all of the popular attractions, including Riverfront, museums (Telfair, Prohibition) and so many great restaurants close by. Was told the bar is closed during our stay, and room service requires upfront reservations. This was fine as there are a ton of places around to get drinks and it is easy enough to order in if required. The Pool area, especially the spa, desperately need a facelift. Everyone we encountered that worked there were very friendly and accommodating, answered all of our questions with friendly smile. The cost of valet parking was crazy so we parked a 4 minute walk down the street at the Whitaker Garage. I recommend this if you are going, we saved $70 over the course of 2 days and the tipping as well!

For the 5 nights we stayed, 1 of the 2 elevators did not work. The staff, and I presume management, knew of this deficient condition and there was no obvious sense of urgency to get it working. This is unsatisfactory.

Very nice hotel with clean spacious room. No parking on site except valet which charges you $48.00 a day. As much as you pay for the room parking should be included. Walking distance to lots of stuff.

Very disappointed that there was NO restaurant or Bar as the description indicated. It was one of the Maine 3 reasons this hotel was selected!! There was a pay buffet-type breakfast and the “Bar” was unavailable due to staff shortages. I will be contacting the property and the main Hilton executive office to request a partial refund on our stay. And the request for early check-in was an additional $25… I have never been charged for early checking if available anywhere else!

Nice property, but the street noise makes you feel like you’re in NYC. Thankfully we had earplugs. Also, valet parking is the only on premises option and costs $48/night. Otherwise you park on the street or in a public lot, which are almost as expensive. Great location for seeing the historic parts of Savannah.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was never open because of staffing issues so that was a little inconvenient when you wanted to stay in . You get used to the downtown old building smell after a few days . Overall it was a good stay

The hotel was in a great location. Traffic noise was loud in our 4th floor room but included noise machine really helped. Loved having a Keurig, Microwave and mini fridge in room. The pool and hot tub were small but very nice- would help if hotel labelled what floor they were on as we had to ask. Had to ask to have our room cleaned and new towels despite a 3 night stay which seemed odd. Staff at front desk were not always the friendliest. We had problems with our in room safe and it was fixed promptly. Also had problems with the roller blinds/shade (controlled by button on wall).

When you wash your hands in our bathroom you have water everywhere the speaker is not long enough to match the sink or toilet wobbled shower head mold in it a room was somewhat clean the housekeeping could remove the shampoo conditioner and body wash off the wall and clean behind it that's where some of the mold is the footrest is loose we didn't know that there was no parking so we ended up having $50 for parking and then it says breakfast available I think y'all need to tell everybody on your web page that it's $18 for breakfast for what we paid for the hotel some of the stuff could have been included

To start with, the room was very noisy, constant truck traffic and the windows didn't do anything to block it out. The window shade jammed partly closed, so there was light pollution all night. There were also stains on the laminate floor, and what appeared to be blood in a shot on the wall. The nearest convenience store is in a sketchy area, multiple homeless/addicts begging in the parking lot, even though it's only about a block and a half away. I had to go there because there were no vending machines, only a self checkout area by the front desk where they charge $5 for a 20oz soda. They advertise room service as an amenity, but no menu is available through their site, access through the QR code in the room. Continental breakfast costs $9/person when it's free at every other Hilton I've stayed in. I always choose Hilton hotels when I travel for business, which is why I didn't think twice about booking this one on my vacation, despite it costing more than other options, I will definitely not be staying here again.

The location cannot be beat. The AC in the room was very loud. The TV service was also intermittent in the room. Staff was helpful, but problems never resolved during stay. Convenient to everything. Hot tub was hot and comfortable. Be aware, valet parking is 45 a day which seems high, even for the area

Having happily stayed at MANY Hiltons, I believe I know what to expect. This stay was different in one key aspect, though: the beds! The mattress in our room was unbelievably uncomfortable and the pillows were basically worthless. Usually there’s one firm and one soft pillow per pillow set, but these were so soft and flat they were truly worthless. Every morning I woke up I was sore and unhappy with my sleep. Aside from this, the hotel was beautiful, had friendly staff, and was perfectly located for our mostly-walking visit to Savannah.

I ordered a suite 1 and in the pictures it had three windows, two in the bedroom and one in the couch area, but when we went to our room, we had one little window in the bedroom very disappointing! I paid that kind of money for 3 windows.. very dark

The hotel was fantastic except for the fact that our room was very, very dark. There were a few table and floor lamps but they didn't emit nearly enough light. And, our window was on the pool/hot tub level and looked directly onto that patio, so we couldn't leave the shades open. It was overcast, anyway, so there was minimal natural light.

Great location and fantastic lobby area. Elevator was really the only issue; only one working during checkout hours plus the button for lobby wouldn’t work(had to give it some extra pushes). Balcony had great views of the city and spacious room. Very comfortable bed.

Staff was excellent. Valet attendants were excellent, however 48.00 a day for parking is excessive. There was great meeting space in the lobby for our family to gather/socialize. The concierge (Lorenzo) was awesome! The only hotel that I’ve stayed in recently where breakfast was not included. The only real problem was that only 1 elevator was working the whole time, and that one wasn’t always working correctly. I would definitely stay there again due to its location.

Booked last minute trip to Savannah for one night and decided to extend. Hotel valet parking attendance were attentive and pleasant. Front desk staff were pleasant and responsive. The breakfast staff were not as friendly but not the worse we've experienced. Rooms were clean, bed a little firmer that we prefer. Great central location to everything - we'd stay again!

The hotel itself was a very nice property. The billing issues and incompetence associated with it has been a nightmare. I was billed $90 for valet parking, but I never valet parked. I parked on a meter in the front. I was given the run around until I finally got with someone who seemed to take care of it. WRONG. While they did refund it, they also recharged me again TWICE. And when I try to speak with a manager they are either “away from the desk”, “wont’t be back until tomorrow”, etc. I guess you have to go through corporate to actually get things handled, because this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I love this hotel! I only have two complaints. We had our “do not disturb” sign on the door and the cleaning staff still knocked and came in. The other thing is that we were waiting in the lobby for our room to get ready (which was fine because we requested a specific room and the staff was very accommodating). We had our bags on the luggage cart and an employee approached us and when we told him we were on and didn’t need his help he proceeded to confirm that our room was ready. I told him we didn’t want to any help and he said that it is his job and that he has to do it. He said that was the only reason he was working that day. I had tipped the valet so I didn’t have any cash so I already felt awkward. When he ran into my Husband on the way out of our room he commented that I didn’t take care of him. I DID NOT WANT HIS HELP. I think that was very unprofessional. Over all I love this hotel and have stayed here for the past 3 years. I have never had this happen before. I will definitely be back.

Couple of things downtown has limited parking so you have to valet at the hotel and its $50 a night. Breakfast is almost $20. The location is great, its by everything. The valet staff is amazing!!!

We had a very nice stay at the hotel.The hotel breakfast was very good. Room was very nice and clean. our window faced the road which was a little noisy at times but not terrible. the location couldn't be better for a family stay being located between the Riverwalk and City Market. Everyone we engaged with from the hotel were pleasant and helpful but our favorite by far was Ann the bartender. She was fantastic. We really enjoyed talking to her and she made excellent drinks, including a delicious mock-tail for our daughter.
