Only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the valet parking offered. There was no where to park on the street to wait for valet. We were told to keep riding around until a spot became available. We rode around for almost an hour with no luck. We eventually went a block away and parked at the Hertz garage which was cheaper. Everything else was great. Would have received 5 stars otherwise.

We stayed in one of the Suites and it was terribly hot in there. The ceilings are too high and the room doesn't cool properly. The maintenance man who came to look at our AC unit told me this was a common complaint. The room with the kitchen was nice and cool but the back room with the beds were so hot. I had to unpack my fan I was taking on my cruise just to be able to sleep. Then a few days later I noticed a strange charge on my acct and they charged me for an extra night of parking that I had to call and ask about. They saw their mistake and put in for me to get a refund so that was nice but if I hadn't checked my bank statement they would have gotten $50 from me for no reason
