We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and there was always someone at the door ready to greet us and help whenever needed. We stayed for a week and really appreciated that our room was cleaned every day. It seems like many hotels no longer provide daily housekeeping unless you specifically request it, so this was a really nice touch. The room was very comfortable, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. The location was fantastic. The subway station was right on the corner, which made it incredibly convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go. Fenway Park was only a 20-minute walk away, and we loved exploring Newbury Street, with all of its great shopping and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its comfort, friendly staff, and excellent location. We would happily stay here again!

This hotel needs a makeover! The room is spacious and nice, but the wall decor is falling apart, and there is mold in the bathroom. Ugh! Coffee is served from 7 am to 4 pm. Great. But why not until later? The lounge is small and uninviting. I preferred meeting with colleagues at their hotels. The coffee is not a quality brew. The same as the coffee in the room. The hotel was missing face towels. They had an issue with that. That's strange for a hotel at this level. There is a charge for packages ordered. That was surprising. Especially since Amazon breaks the order into small packages, and you pay $5 for each item! I will not stay here again. The front desk is unhelpful and unorganized. Too bad!

Overall a nice hotel. However, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which had the only mirror in the room. Every hotel we’ve been in has had a mirror outside the bathroom which is used for hair drying. One blemish on an otherwise good stay.
