This was our first stay at this particular Residence Inn. Staff at front desk and the ladies at the free breakfast (which was really great) were friendly. Front desk folks very knowleable and very helpful. Our room had everything that we needed. Location was excellent for us. We both had a good night's sleep.

The room was very spacious, clean and fully stocked with supplies. The staff were very kind and helpful. Great location for what I needed. I didn’t use the amenities but they looked nice. Great room for a long term stay with a group. Only downside was no restaurant or bar on site, but there were locations within walking distance.

Checked in late because of flight delay. Next night, fire alarm for an hour and finally getting to rest. Smells of burnt whatever in the hallway. Receipt says i checked in at a different time so now i canf evwn use my insurance to get reimbursed for ar least the one night I wasnt even there. Total trash experience.

The breakfast was actually the best "free breakfast" the two people that were manning that area kept it clean they were very helpful and welcoming. I was amazed that the area was so clean and stocked, I genuinely skip the breakfast at most hotels because the areas are usually nasty and picked over. This wasn't the case here.... Great Job
