This is a very well-maintained older hotel. Parking is ample. You can get either an inside or outside entry room which I have don't recall seeing before. The rooms are very clean and the beds are perfect for me. The breakfast buffet is well done including hot items. And they have great tv reception, not the grainy pictures that are becoming too common. The only thing that they need to improve it the air conditioning. For some reason, it doesn't cool it just runs. I have stayed there two times with the same issue. In the winter it is no big deal, but in the summer, not so good. The staff is very nice.

I have used Hotels.com for all my travel needs, if the hotel is subscribed to your service i go through Hotels.com... I have been thoroughly pleased with all my experiences for at least 10 years. This reservation was AWFUL (for Friday 9/25 and Saturday 9/26). The hotel representation on your website and theirs is beyond illusionary. The hotel was disgusting. The air conditioning didn't work; it blew heat the entire night at one point the temperature was 79 degrees in the room. The wallpaper was literally peeling off the walls, and the bathroom has active mold. The gym was completely unusable with most equipment broken. The hot tub in the pool was closed and the pool looked dirty. We checked in late, so I had no choice but to spend the first night but moved our 2nd night to another hotel in State College PA (via Hotels.com) for our Saturday night. But you should NOT include this hotel in your offerings. Absolutely awful hotel to say nothing of the RIDICULOUS pricing football weekend or not!

I wanted to give the review less stars but I'm fearful of that low review negatively affecting the employees. The staff was magnificent and supportive. 5 stars for them. The breakfast food was the typical hotel fair you see at any Hilton or Marriott . The Ramada's rooms are beat up and old. Everything worked well which is more a testament to the staff's upkeep than it was the rooms themselves. Not enough electrical outlets. Bathrooms smaller than is typical. The hotel rooms are overdue for renovation and updating. They are the same they were back in the early 00's . It's still a hotel that's going to provide better amenities and service than a motel. It's a hotel you can trust sleeping in as far as cleanliness of sheets, towels and bathrooms. My 9yr old slept soundly, in what felt like similar quality of a Marriott corporate bed. IYKYK. Where it falls off it's face is the actual condition of the hotel itself. It hasn't changed in 20-30yrs.

I would recommend avoiding this hotel. I stayed in one of exterior entrance rooms and the shower had pink mold all around the base/floor. The lamps were rusted and broken. The entire hotel looks like it was last updated maybe in the 1980s. The only bright spot was that the staff was very kind and helpful.
