Menu did not work on TV, could only press the channel #'s, local channels did not work. Hot tub did not work on. Poll water temperature was only 64 degrees. New bathroom was very nice, but there were so many wall anchors painted over. It looked terrible. The faucet in the shower my reds to be replaced. There were 2 more wall anchors where the shower rod was connected to the wall. Will never stay there again.

When i reserved my room i didn't know that the pool and hot tub wouldnt be open. I didn't find out until i arrived and was told it was stated on the website abd it clearly wasnt. Then i ask about the gym and was told they have no gym and it clearly shows one on their website. Now to the breakfast it wasn't the best and the fridge in my room buzzed just about the entire 1st night. This by far was my worst stay ever but atleast the bed were comfortable and Expedia did try and make things rt and i appreciated that.

Convenient parking space in front of room door. Free, but limited menu breakfast. Indoor pool, nice, clean, smaller than photo online. Hot tub had an "Out of Order" sign that appeared to have been hanging a while. Furniture in room not maintained. Microwave turntable blade broken, wheel missing. Housekeeper on day before I was to checkout did a very thorough cleaning of the room and even waxed the bathroom floor.

Choose this hotel for indoor pool and hot tub because grandchildren love to bounce between the two Hot tub was out of order which wasn’t really an issue as their indoor pool was so nice and warm the kids didn’t even miss the other

Very nice place! A bit dated but had the best pool I’ve been in a while. Nothing fancy but nice and hot on a cold evening. The staff were very nice and friendly. The room we booked had a noisy AC unit but the lovely man at the front desk gave us a new room right away. Will definitely go back and the price we paid was amazing.

Pictures of pool are not what the pool area looks like. Front desk clerk was not knowledgeable about how Hotels.com works with billing. Check in was a process with this one clerk was complicated. First clerk was accommodating and gave me a downstairs room since there isn't an elevator. Room was small not much space for walking between dressers and beds. Bathroom door opened towards sink. So you couldnt get out of bathroom when someone was at the sink. Bed was a little high off the floor. It was a climb for me since I am 5'3.

Room was smaller than average. Bathroom door opened towards the sink, which is outisde the bathroom. So you had to make sure nobody was at the sink when you exit the bathroom so not to hit them. Bed was high off the ground making it a climb if you're not taller than 5'3. Front desk staff asked me if I wanted first floor room and I did since there wasnt an elevator.

Room needed work. Drywall finishing not complete. Shower curtain bar not secured, curtain would migrate toward middle allowing water to splash on b/r floor. Need adult cereal choice for breakfast. Not fruit loops and sugar corn flakes. Biscuits and gravy nice touch.

We chose this property due to amenities advertised such as a heated pool. When we checked in we were told the hot tub was broken and then discovered that the pool heater was not turned on. The owner told us that “It was Spring and the heater was turned off”. The heated pool should not be advertised if it is not available. The owner was not customer service oriented and made no attempt to apologize or consider turning the heater on. He should not be representing Best Western brand or Orbitz.

Over the past 2 yrs we've stayed here several times and there were no issues. This time wss different. The main issue was I was charged a deposit. This has never happened. If it is policy to charge a deposit then it should be done all the time. Not just when a new person is there. In addition to the deposit $299.04 was held on my card. So that was a total of $399.04 that was held on my card all for a $199.99 stay. And the staff at the desk couldn't explain anything other than saying thats not what I'll be charged. I was told the funds would be returned to my card when i checked out and there would be no holding period and that was not true. And this came from the manager. What was meant to be a nice little birthday getaway turned sour quickly. Had someone simply said , " We mad

Checking in was a breeze, front desk clerk Tiffany was amazing. She was very helpful and she was very thoughtful, respecting the fact i was traveling with children, she put us in a room that would allow my children to be a little free. There was a huge selection for breakfast including hot items. The room and the sheets were cleaned and well stocked. All in all, great stay and we will definitely be back.

When we arrived no one was in the office. It took about 5 minutes for them to come. The clerk looked like she just woke up and was not nice. Do not let the pictures decive you, like I did. About 9am the started banging right over our room on a Saturday. The clerk at the front desk said, well this is the time we renovate. On a Saturday at 9am? We were supposed to stay two days but canceled second night.

Upon checking in, the attendant asked where we were from and stated that she remembered hearing how much our county spends on “illegal aliens”. Then she made a derogatory statement. We were disgusted. The only reason we didn’t walk out was because it was late and we had our children with us. Imagine going to the beach for a happy vacation with your kids in tow and hearing hate speech and political rhetoric . What a horrible way to greet people. Epic fail! NEVER again.

Arrived for a funeral in Longs. SC. It wasn’t far from the church. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was sufficient and the staff was pleasant. I would stay there again. There’s plenty of eateries nearby. I felt safe. The furnishings could be updated but overall it was a nice place to stay.

The beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice every morning. Coffee was available 24 hrs. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and nice. The maid service was excellent. Location perfect and close to many stores and good restaurants.

This was not what I expected from a Best Western. Overall, it was ok for one night. The bathroom door opened the wrong way and made it difficult to access the bathroom. The free breakfast was slim. They had no bread for toast, only bagels. Sausage biscuits but no eggs. The dining area only had three tables. The staff person at the front desk was nice. I personally would not stay there again unless I had to.

Everything was great except for the temperature of the pool....too warm and didn't like the bathroom door opening into the room. Would have liked some eggs and/or sausage for the continental breakfast but otherwise, our stay was great.
