It was close universal park and lots of food near by. Has a pool and parking is free unlock other hotels. Breakfast wasn’t too bad considering it was also free. No complains here. Staff was quiet, everything was quiet. Definitely would come again

The property was very well kept inside and out. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The room was very nice and clean. The only downside was not knowing there was a charge of $20 plus tax a night for parking. The Hotels.com app says covered self parking costs USD 20.00 per night however, the property charges for all parking regardless whether covered or uncovered. Please update the parking statement under fees and policies to reflect USD 20.00 per night for parking. Thank you.

This hotel is close to the a lot of shopping, dining and convenient to a lot of things. Rooms were clean, lobby is clean, but the pool was dirty and had a lot of hair in it, and had a grimy film on top of the water, and was just plain dirty and disgusting. The hotel was fairly new, but when parking you can smell people smoking weed in their cars and stinking up the entire area and then leaving a trail of the stink in the elevator and lobby. The only thing I would say is the area is kind of sketchy after dark, particularly around the gas station in corner. People avoid parking by the back pool area until the fornt gets full and they have no other choice. Thats for a reason, dimly lit back there and not sure if they even have security actually going around or not. One of the better things the hotel has going for it is the location is convenient to a lot of things, but ultimately there are better hotels in the area that dont stink like weed and have a clean pool. The staff was friendly and check in was fast.

Very nice new hotel! Clean, and everyone was friendly. Only concern was we arrived back after our concert and there was no parking spots left. However, walked in the front desk and they had me park in the check in loop and all was good! Great place! 100% Recommend!!!

When I arrived the king suites were overbooked even though i had booked specifically a king. So i am unsure how it was booked. Second the room smelled like a females cheap perfume sprayed all over. The bathroom floor was sticky to where when you would walk on it and your shoes would nearly stick completely. The rug by the window was wet and damp? Lastly the lights in the bathroom and on the walls were flickering all night. When I let front desk know, they offered me a complimentary water bottle for the inconvenience.

Bed comfort was great. Internet access was great. Room was clean. Didn't use transport but traffic would be almost horrible. (typical Orlando). Toilet lid took some force to open/close. Hot water faucet (sink) was very low pressure. 2 TV's was unusual but nice and TV in LR was way to large for seating distance. Staff was okay but no local maps nor any entertainment brochures available.

Room not ready at 2:00pm when we arrived. Sat in waiting area for over an hour. At 3:00, three other guests were waited on before us, even though they arrived after us at 2:00. Given an upgrade to a handicap room by the elevator! The room number she gave us originally was no such room! Ended up going back down to get the right room number. Very upset with the checkin

I now have an overdraft fee to pay and I do not live in the US so it’s a major inconvenience to me. The facility was great however this issue with the staff and navigating the system was horrible!!!! The overall hotel was nice and the staff were excellent and very friendly. They kindly offered me water and were always attentive and kind. The only reason I gave 3 stars Vs three is the general area. The nearby WAWA gas station was full of homeless people and homeless people could be seen regularly walking around the property. One of the days one came into the lobby and approached me making me feel super uncomfortable and the front staff girl as well. More security should be in the lobby to prevent this in the future.

The location is perfect—just steps away from The Mall at Millenia and close to the main Orlando attractions, which made moving around the city very convenient.
