Overall, the property was nice and seemed to be well maintained. Breakfast was average but was kept well stocked. I did not utilize the cleaning staff but they seemed hard at it when I passed them in the hallways. The first room I was assigned, the AC was louder than the TV volume and the black out shade would not close all the way so they kindly moved me to the room next door. Everything in this room was fine except it had a little smell of mildew which I just dealt with the 4 days I was there. Not a big deal. Biggest reason for not giving a full 5 stars was that they desk staff were not the most attentive. They were always on their phones and not paying much attention the the hotel guests. One even stayed on facetime with someone while checking me in. Another had a friend sleeping on a couch in the lobby (with their own pillow and blanket) for the whole hour I sat down there and ate dinner. I understand that good help is hard to find but other hotels are managing to find good help. I'm sure this one maybe needs to up its management skills and raise the bar for its staff.

We always stay here when we’re in the DFW area. Everyone is always so kind and the breakfast is always wonderful. They did have one elevator out of order so that was a little inconvenient and there wasn’t a sign letting people know it wasn’t working. Other than that things were great!

It is right next to a police station so that made me feel safe in that area. Thing I didn't like parking was awful but hotel was fully booked so it made sense. Pool was clean and pretty patio area too

We booked this hotel for the indoor pool but could not use it because the pool area was so hot and non ventilated you could not use the pool. How disappointing. We approached the front desk whom informed us they can open some sliding doors, but this is not how this normally works. This should be a climate controlled environment and monitored on a regular basis.

When we got to our room it smelled of awful smoke and like lots of deodorizer trying to cover it up! They had a glade plug in trying to mask the awful smell. It was really late when we got in so I told the front desk the next morning she said she was sorry people just don’t care or follow rules and the housekeepers probably tried to clean up the smell. Super disappointing that they even allowed this “smoke free” room to be booked and used smelling the way it did.

The property was well-maintained. The room was clean except for the wad of hair on the bathroom floor. The main reason why this hotel did not get five stars from me is the noise level. We were on floor 2. The party above us was up until around 2 a.m., stomping around all over the room. Sounded like just one person, and we never heard voices, just very loud footsteps and stomping. Sometimes it sounded like jumping, but mostly it was loud stomping and pacing--front, back, all sides, the bathroom--very odd. The person was up and at it by 6:30 a.m. The other thing was the bed was hard as a rock. We could not get comfy. I woke up with a sore back. The pillows, I guess, were of feathers, very soft, and they provided no support once you put your head on them. They would just smash down to nothing. This hotel is pet friendly, which is why we chose it, but there isn't a good place to walk your dog. The building has spots of grass and rocky areas, lots of it uneven. There was a supply of doggy bags in case you forgot to bring one, which was nice. There was some type of work being done, because there was heavy equipment on the side lot, which was littered with foam pieces. Positives: All the bath products were sulfate-free. The coffee was good, and the breakfast was a typical free breakfast--fruit, oatmeal, make-your-own waffles, boiled and scrambled eggs (no other proteins). Front desk person at check-in was friendly.

Restroom and floors were not clean. Phone did not work in room. Blow dryer exploded while using it. They were supposed to clean room every other day and did not. Room smelled really bad. We reached out to front desk and they were no help.

We booked because it had good reviews. At first glance, it’s not bad, and the staff is friendly. Area isn’t bad. After being there a bit, we found the floor was giving out in part of the room, to the point that the tv stand moved when you stepped there. We moved the chair to pull out the couch bed and found a used condom underneath, and found a dead roach by the sink. Won’t stay there again, and don’t recommend anyone else to.

It was a nice hotel. But whoever designed the sink was off their game. The faucet is so short and close to the tile that you cant really get your hands underneath it. Just wierd.

This hotel was beautifully clean. The decor was soothing. The 24 hour pool was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and featured elusive made in Italy Nutella. Trust me, it is much tastier than Nutella made in either Canada or Mexico. The only nitpicky complaint I have is that the pillows were not very comfortable. The beds, however, were great!

Everything was perfect except for one thing. I would have loved to had a choice of a firm pillow. All 4 pillows were extremely soft. Maybe, 2 soft and 2 firm on the bed so a choice is available.

Very nice spacious and clean room, excellent breakfast. Checking in, make sure to NOT get a room near the elevator shaft, it’s extremely noisy and disturbing at night. We knew this from a previous stay and avoided it this time.

Without a doubt some of the friendliest, best hotel staff I have ever encountered! Chasity was at the front desk in the evening most of the weekend and deserves a shout out for being such a great host! Definitely will come back to this location and it is convenient to a lot of nearby restaurants.

An employee went into my room while getting ready. Check-out was at 12:00 he walked in at 11:40. The manager lied to expedia and myself about check-out time being at 11 and not 12. I confirmed with front desk and Google that it's at 12. I heard them tells other guests the same. Manager hung up on me and then would not take my calls.

My young kids and I were stuck in Dallas during an ice storm. All flights cancelled. We managed to book this hotel. They employees were compassionate about our situation and the older gentleman working was very kind to my kids and made sure we had what we needed. He let my kids pick out treats from there little store next to check in. My kids would have gone hungry if not for that little store. All restaurants were closed for 2 days. The hotel was nice, clean and our room was up to date. Considering our situation it was a nice stay.

Property was easy to get to and had a few places to eat really close by. Check in was a breeze and room was pretty clean but only enough towels for three people even though I had for reserved to the room. When I asked for towels the next night, they only had one bath towel but I was told they would get some sent up, never did. The lady that was working the morning of check out was too busy on her cell phone to realize I walked up and when I asked for a receipt she said since I booked through expedia they would email me and got right back on her cell phone. Heated pool was cool but not horrible, the door leading from pool area to outside patio was broken at the top hinge and had no warning about it being broken.
