What guests think

At Best Western PLUS Nuevo Laredo Inn & Suites, travelers consistently praise the walkable location near the US Consulate and CAS and often note friendly staff, while many reviews describe dated facilities, maintenance problems, and uneven cleanliness.

Multiple reviews report the pool and gym closed for long periods, limited or closed restaurant/breakfast, and recurring elevator, ice machine, AC, and hot‑water issues. Rooms are generally spacious with some city views, but the decor feels old, lighting can be dim, TV/cable is inconsistent, and many note missing in‑room amenities like coffee makers or mini fridges. A practical base for consulate appointments if you prioritize location over modern amenities and full services.

Chech in estuvo ok, habitación ok, dejan 2 toallas para 4 personas. No hicieron limpieza en habitación. Check out rápido.

I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The hotel feels outdated and lacks cleanliness, particularly in the rooms, which seem overdue for remodeling. Despite the hotel being half empty during our stay, we were made to wait until 3 PM to check in, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, the elevators were malfunctioning during our visit, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, I don’t think I would return to this hotel unless significant updates are made. The one redeeming factor was the breakfast at the on-site restaurant, which was enjoyable. However, the overall experience left much to be desired.
