Overall was a good experience but needs work on landscaping and paved parking lots. Breakfast was so, so. Can do better.

Here for a conference and the location was convenient for me. Unfortunately, the place was really run down. A fellow colleague said it had: “Divorce dad vibes.” In other words, spare and run down. The staff were great but limited in their ability to help when there was a lack of resources and amenities. The room I had was big, but the couch was run down and the lamps had different bulbs. Shower was new and clean but the wood flooring in bathroom was uneven and had some loose panels. I think this hotel was nicer in its hey day. Unfortunately current day, it is but a run down motel with tore up furniture.

The photos they have for this hotel or nothing like how it actually is it is old dingy very dirty. It was disgusting. There was blood in the room bugs running around disgusting. I wish I would’ve took photos. Ended up staying in a hotel across the street.

The room was clean and there was plenty of space. The outside grounds need some maintennce and part of the pool area was closed off. The breakfast was better than some, but not a lot of choices and the coffee not so good. We were also charged an extra "entertainment?" fee of $38.49 when we checked into the Hotel. We thought that what we had already been charged included "taxes and fees", so were not happy about this.
