the hotel was under construction and we waited 30 minutes to check in as the entire staff went to dinner at the same time (8:30). parking was a bear as the use the lot for long term airport parking as well. The room was clean and in looked newly renevated. The shower was a bit tight for a bigger guy. The outside sign is not lit up so easy to drive by.

The property is doing renovations on the first floor. The front entrance is blocked off. There’s an alternate entrance on the side of the building, but you can’t see it from the street. Also, the hotel’s sign doesn’t light up at night, so if you’re arriving after sunset, good luck finding it. At check-in, the receptionist was cold and impersonal. She only answered questions that were asked. Our room was on the second floor and it was much better than the first floor. Our room was perfect in condition, comfort and cleanliness. However, we didn’t get any housekeeping services during our three day stay because we hadn’t asked for it in advance-something the receptionist could have told us at check-in.

The room was not clean. There were clumps of hair in the shower and stains all over the carpet. We had a 1st floor room and could hear every move and conversation of the people above us. The only positive experience was the shuttle to and from the hotel and the shuttle drivers. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $15 and stay at the Hilton across the street. Would not stay here again.

I suspect that when construction is finished, the issues will have been addressed, but there was significant construction in the lobby and hallways and I wish this would have been noted somewhere in Expedia. The price difference wasn't so great that it should have tipped me off. Even when there isn't construction though, most of the parking is behind the hotel, which didn't appear to have the best lighting. The room itself was generally fine, except that the toilet and shower are in one "room" and the sink is on the other side of the entry. It was an odd set-up. The shower, however, was really nice - great water pressure and temp. Everything inside of the room itself was clean.

Extremely disappointed in my stay. I turned my shower on to take a nice hot shower after my day of flying cross country. I left for maybe two minutes and the shower didn’t drain at all. Water overflowed into some of my clothes. I spent an hour cleaning up the excess water with towels. Would not recommend staying here.

I booked this hotel specifically for the double queen bed. I had paid extra for the booking just to select this room type. When I checked in, the staff gave me the key without even letting me know that it was a one king bed. I went back to ask, and was told that they don't have any double bed room available and technically the room they give me is an upgrade because the sofa could be a bed, so there was no refund.

We stayed one night before an early flight out because it is so close to the airport. It was fine. They are in the middle of construction but it was clearly marked. Room was clean. Check in was quick and fine. In the morning we went to check out and have the front desk call the shuttle. There was a man who was sleeping in a chair on the customer side who I assumed was a guest also waiting for the shuttle. He mumble “checking out?” so I said yes and continued to the desk, unaware he was an employee. He then mumbled something else with his hood up and face in his hands because he was still trying to sleep, and I didn’t respond. He then in an irritated tone said “do you have your keys?” And I said no, they are in the room. Then he said okay and pointed to the door and said “wait over there” and I said someone else waiting for the shuttle. Then I realized he did work there, just was incredibly unprofessional. I work night shift, have for many years. It’s hard sometimes, but there wasn’t even a thought of an attempt at professionalism here.

The location is convenient. It is right next to the airport. The room is ok however they need to improve their service. We stayed there for 5 nights and our room didn’t get a cleaning service for the entire time even though I had requested a cleaning service during check in and asked for it again at the front desk on day 3. We had to take the trash out ourselves. They only offer free coffee and tea on the property which wasn’t even available on some days. Not staying with them again.

In town for a short visit with family. We were looking for a reasonably priced room that was clean and comfortable, and that’s what we got. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Staff was friendly. A number of amenities were unavailable due to refurbishment (restaurant, gym, elevator), but that was not an issue for us. The lobby coffee was awful, so we went to Dunkin Donuts a block away. The only real disappointment was nonfunctional wi-if. The cell tower in the back lot gave us a strong phone signal to use as a hot spot. The location was surprisingly quiet considering its location across from the airport.

The major attraction to this hotel was convenience to the airport and a shuttle pick and drop off even at very late or early hours. Seems like the hotel is going through a remodel from Radisson to Double Tree - lot of noise even after 1pm with people moving - no dining options due to remodel but rooms were clean and comfortable

I only stayed here for about 8 hours before having to checkout for an early flight. But, it's very convienient to the airport, and their shuttle is efficient. The A/C was a window installed unit, but that wasn't a big deal, it did cool the room down. Hot water was very good. Didn't have the chance to watch the TV so not sure what the channel choices were.

The room was honestly one of the grossest hotel rooms I’ve ever been in. The soap bar was still wet and inside the box, stains on towels, ect. Everything was dusty. Room smelled my weed which isn’t the end of the world but not really how I wanted my stay to be. I checked in so late I didn’t make a fuss but yeah they need be more mindful of cleaning the rooms. Bartender was super nice… but I also feel like I was up-charged or charged wrong on one drink as well. $35 for kettle one is insane, and I swear when I signed the receipt it was $24.

The hotel is just ok. The halls and rooms have an odd smell. The plastic drapes wouldn’t shut all the way and there is an airport parking lot next to the hotel that has VERY bright blinking lights…annoying. No cookies!!! The best part was that the airport shuttle was quick and no nonsense. If we go again, we will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.
