The bartender was great. This property was great. The only downfall was that i thought this hotel had a private shuttle but they give you a free pass for the public bus. We had to drive to Disneyland. But overall great experience.

The inside of the hotel is gorgeous. The staff was great and they upgraded me free of charge which was super amazing of them. The bar down stairs was nice and the bartender was SUPER attentive and nice. There was 1 indoor pool which was small, the outside pool was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the jacuzzi. It was not HOT like one should be and not all the jets worked. I have a feeling they had the temperature lower due to kids being in there which was super annoying for my husband and I as the jacuzzi is what we were looking forward to with our sore muscles from the day. When the maintenance guy did turn it up for us it wasn’t by much and was off within 30mins.

Nice hotel - close proximity to Disney, Knotts Berry Farm and beaches. Hotel is getting dated, and rooms close to the elevators are noisy. Overall good stay with many amenities, hot tub, happy hour and amazing breakfast!

The room was great and the breakfast was very good. Main reason we booked this hotel was free shuttle service to Disneyland. Well it is not shuttle service but the city bus. Transportation was terribly unreliable. We had stayed here a few years ago and they had legit shuttle service. I would not stay here again for a Disneyland trip.

Need more elevators because we have to wait 30 minutes for the elevator. They only have 2 and people keep going up and down. We gave up waiting & used the emergency exit. But everything went great in 3 days we stayed, very quiet & the staff very careful.

Great hotel! BUT, hotel was booked full and parking was horrible! No where to park and we paid 30.00 a night to park there! Had to park at a different business our last night there. Talked to front desk to get a refund and he showed me a map where we can park thats at other businesses. I told him thats not cool and didnt give a refund. I shouldnt have to park away from where im staying! Especially when we paid to park at hotel!

Not very clean. Carpet is not clean food and other items. I had to switch rooms because there wasn’t here in the shower sink and toothpaste left on the tub. I was switched to another room that room was a little bit cleaner, but the carpet still had food and leftover residue from the previous occupant. At least the beds were clean.

Where to start. Pretty filthy overall. Walls and carpet are filthy throughout. One server/bartender in the “restaurant” which is pretty much a joke. The happy hour snacks don’t get restocked. Rotten food for sale in the little shop … I’m looking at you desk staff who we literally informed them about the moldy Twinkies days ago and were still there today when we left. Can’t seem to find that car valet when you need them. Our room came with an empty dispenser of conditioner which never got refilled even after I asked the front desk. Again, carpet in halls and rooms are absolutely disgusting and is my biggest hangup. I feel there are no standards here. Hey instead of having that guy who walks around trying to get everyone to sign up for the vacation club (over and over at every meal) you have him clean your hotel or make drinks in the bar. Maybe that would entice more people to stay with your brand. Great location near Angel Stadium.

Upon entering our room the door was open, food was outside of the door which is understandable at times because of after they clean it they wait for someone else to pick up the trash but I would def wait for it to be picked up before saying a room is ready because the look of it is awful) we got moved to another room which was better for the door lock but there was blood on the wall in the bathroom as well as by the toilet and the windows were so dirty you could not look outside to see your surroundings. I have never been to an embassy suite that was this bad ever.

Please have the staff clean the rooms before you have to occupants in the room. Please have them actually wipe down the counters and side tables. And please vacuum the floors, even in the hallways, the floors had food and residue on them. I stayed on a Thursday and saw that there was bark on the second floor ground. I returned on Sunday night to stay through Monday and that same piece of bark was in the same place.

This was a great property! The room was spacious, clean and as great view of the stadium. Breakfast was fabulous with tasty omelets, pancakes and bacon! Only con was very little water pressure for the hot water, cold water had great water pressure.

Expansive and free breakfast menu including a build your own omelette station. Friendly, professional staff. We were surprised at how nice our suite was-- spacious, lots of storage. The pull-out bed mattress was absolutely brutal. I weigh 165 lbs, I'm not sure a heavier adult could even fall asleep on it.

Ice machine was moved and relocated to 6,8,10. Only 2 elevators (they are fast, though). Front staff friendliness is not so great. They present themselves as if we are wasting their time. Staff at valet, restaurant, and bar were great. Pool photos were deceiving. My room was "theme park view with fireworks" but it ended up being a room facing the freeway, which was INCREDIBLY loud and disturbing.

Great hotel overall, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the omelette chefs were wonderful. Front desk staff was very friendly and valets helpful. Room was clean and well appointed for a hotel at this level. Worst part is the obnoxious timeshare peddler harassing guests in the lobby.

Our first night was fine since we checked in at 3 AM. The second night we were greeted by the valet attendant stating the lot was full and told us to park in the garage next to the hotel. When we moved to said garage, the parking attendant said we were not allowed to park there so we moved again. After getting my 8 month old down for the night about 30 minutes later we got a loud phone call stating we needed to move our car or else we would get towed in the morning. My boyfriend had to get dressed and go move our car for the 3rd time at midnight. Before moving the car, my boyfriend came into the room stating he had killed a bug (I didn’t think nothing of it since I thought he was joking). Our second morning I went to use the bathroom and there was cockroaches crawling on the wall right next to me. (I have pictures and videos) At this point we just wanted to get out of there so we all got up and start getting ready and as the person on the sofa bed was packing their belongings there goes another cockroach crawling in the bed! I brought this to the attention of the front desk agent (she didn’t seem surprised) and all she could do was comp parking. There was no manager on duty to discuss our stay, but I was given their contact info. Thankfully, the director of room operations called me back same day and rectified the situation which was why i gave 2 stars.

We’ve always stayed at different Embassy Suites around LA County. This was the first time we stayed at the Orange location. The location is safe and away from traffic. The breakfast & cocktail hour food & drinks were good and well-kept. We had a huge problem getting towels and had to ask multiple times a day to get a new set; sometimes not getting them until the next day. I did not find consistent help at the front desk or at housekeeping. This made a huge impression on our stay & we will not return to this location. I do want to recognize Erwin for helping us get what we needed and followed up for us during our visit.

The room was clean. The breakfast was great every morning. However the first night we checked in and dropped off our luggage. Everything was great. We left for an event and got back about 11pm. Only to be locked out of our room. We tried new sets of keys multiple times. Nothing happened. Only to be told the battery for the doors key card reader had died. The after hours maintenance guy couldn’t even get in after a quick charge and using the master key. We were told nothing can be done until the next morning when the maintenance crew got there. They gave us a new room and couple one time use toothbrushes and basically that’s it. We’re told there was no way to get into the room to get our things. Luckily, I tried the key one more time and was able to get into the room. But we grabbed our stuff and went to the new room. The next day we tried talking to management but they had weird hours and were never there when we were there. We had PTSD every time we came back to the room thinking we were going to be locked out again. The hotel is nice. Staff did their best. But they need to do better about handling these type of situations. Basically telling us your SOL is not the solution. We were told it was not the first time people have been locked out because of a dead key card reader battery. There needs to be a protocol put in and a maintenance training for the off hours.

This was a great walkable location to Honda center. The bed was very comfortable. We asked for more coffee and the house keeper brought it to us very promptly. Spacious room and swimming pool was a little cold but not crowded. Overall I recommend this hotel. I received free upgrade to one king bed suite to double bed suite. It worked out well.

Upon arrival our Expedia booking did not transfer but the staff up front were very helpful and accommodated us right away. We even got to check in early! The hotel itself is very nice and has good amenities. The breakfast was also very good! The room itself was very nice and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable! The only negative I would say would be the shuttle bus system they have. There’s no set times and you have to wait on the corner at a bus stop for it to come and the app for the shuttle was a little confusing as well but it all worked out. Overall I really liked the hotel and would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again!

Difficult to get a live person on the phone, when I did talk to a person they were not friendly and not helpful. Impossible to get straight answers over the phone. They have no airport shuttles. Complimentary breakfast was very good. In house restaurant not so good, food was mediocre and price was way high!!! The room was okay, average, not great and not bad, price was high.

Just a 1-nite stay for a DLand visit, but we were pleasantly surprised with this property. Service was great, rooms were sparkling and breakfast was plentiful & delish!! The only issue is that the common areas carpets are soiled! They need a good cleaning! Otherwise, great property & value!
