12pm checkout has made me a loyal customer! That and the heated pool and hot tub make this a stay worth the high price. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also fantastic and very convenient.

Elevators are nowhere near the entrance. Room felt very damp even with the AC running. Clean hotel. The hotel’s restaurant “Dukes” closes at 9:30pm. I went in and was sat at 9:07 by one of the waitstaff. She let the bartender know she had an order to which he said “always just before we close” then he said “you’re getting food? Kitchen is closing up in 15 minutes”. I said not anymore, and left. Asked for the manager to give me a call after. Never did. Most of the stuff you see in the pictures is barely accurate. The nice chair setup with a gazebo was a joke. Grass way over grown, vines and weeds overtaking the structure. It is also where everyone congregated to smoke so it smells horrible back there. The outdoor patio is in the front of the hotel, was closed the entire time even though it wasn’t raining. It’s just not what it looks like at all. THE POOL! I almost forgot the pool!! You can’t see the bottom of the pool or hot tub!! Like it is cloudy as hell. DISGUSTING! Plus once you walk in the pool area you’ll be bombed with chlorine anyway, because that is what they consider a well kept pool. Spend your money elsewhere.

Overall very good and convenient. Walking distance to shops. Room super clean and cozy. Very great stay. Only thing is, the main reason of choosing that hotel for us was the pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was closed, and the pool was freezing cold. We didn't even made it pass our ankles. So that was very disappointing. Would've loved at least a heads up about the closing of the jacuzzi... so we wouldn't get our hopes up.

Something questionable happened in the room I was assigned to - it reeked overwhelmingly of bleach and the carpet was damp. I asked to move and they could not the first night but did the second day without issue. The first night I had a splitting headache from the bleach and did not get any sleep. I was told if I called the manager I could get some resolution for the first night but the manager has not returned two calls. Not a good experience for a hotel I have stayed at multiple times.

Well, I feel this hotel is quite overpriced considering what it actually is. I don't think I remember having a bathroom with the sink and mirror outside the shower/toilet area, and that next to the door (!!!). The walls are paper thin. The smell of pot wafting into my room was something I wasn't looking for and did not feel comfortable complaining about. The check in took place during the worldwide Microsoft software glitch, so that wasn't smooth, but it wasn't a big deal either and I cannot fault the hotel at all for that.

First things first. There is only one small elevator at the very end of a long, long multi corridor hotel. You can drive up to the door where that elevator is, but if your room is all the way towards the front, you are dragging or pushing a lot for a long time. I travel with a lot of stuff because I’m traveling for work with product samples. Ideally, it would’ve been nice if the front desk staff would’ve asked me if I had many things and maybe put me in a place on the second floor closer to the elevator or put me on the first floor closer to a door. Second thing. The bathroom is literally the entrance to the room. There’s a little side closet like room with a shower and toilet, but the bathroom sink is right at the entrance to the room so if it’s a snowy day, you’re walking in with dirty shoes that is also where you get out of the shower to dry off

Really mediocre for a Marriott. Felt like it was an old hotel that was renovated. Cheap windows and through wall old school A/C that allowed all the early morning traffic noise to come into the room. At the same time doors slamming in the hallway at 6 am also easily heard. Bed and pillows were marginally comfortable. Blackout curtains not really blackout. Place was very clean though. It served it's purpose as a place to sleep but there are better options in this price range.

Lovely property. Staff was amazing. I became ill while on the trip and my flight was delayed 16 hours. They assisted me with finding a physician and allowed me to stay in my room until 2 hours before departure without an extra day charge.

could have been perfect, place is great and convenient but staff was rather disinterested in customer service also, the hotel serves as a hub for hobos, and yeah my car was entered, sitting in their parking lot and things were stolen left a message with front desk about it and to have a manager get in touch, never happened

This hotel couldn’t be located in a more convenient location than this one. After a long day of driving, being able to take the I-89 off ramp and almost drive directly into the hotel parking lot seemed like a Godsend. Full marks to the staff on the front desk and in the restaurant who were super friendly.

I was truly impressed with the staff, the friendliness, the cleanliness there was a beautiful pool and hot tub that could be used along with an exercise area with treadmills and weights. Less than 15 minutes Duke’s restaurant was open to the Delta Marriott, which was so convenient. Breakfast was phenomenal. It was a brunch dinner could be served and a large bar area. Kudos to Mikey who assisted us with our dining needs. Thank you for the stay and wonderful food.

We stayed one night to arrive at an early medical appointment the next day. The location is convenient. The hotel has a restaurant which makes a short visit easy. The restaurant is decent. Breakfast was especially good.
