Oteli en kısa şu şekilde özetleyebilirim : Mükemmel hizmet ve inanilmaz güler yüz. Odada bornoz ütü ve ütü masası törpü tıraş takımı vs her türlü detay düşünülmüştü. Her yerde takeaway plastik bardaklarla farklı kokteyleri 24 saat deneyimleyip istediğiniz yere götürebilirsiniz. Bazı barlarda standart menünün aksine daha özel kokteyllere de erişim var. Kokteyl konusunda bence çok ama çok başarılı. Diğer alkolleri saymıyorum zaten özellikleri yok. Açık büfe mutfağının kahvaltısı gayet yeterli aksam yemeklerinde de her gün ayrı bir konsept uyguluyorlar. Ben daha çok et yemekleri denedim ve çok ama çok güzeldi. Iki üç farklı havuz var,birisini daha çok çocuklu ailelere ayırmışlar. Burda eğlence etkinlik vs oluyor.Diğeri de +16 havuz. Havuz içinde bar var daha kafa dinlemelisin bir havuz bu. Plaji yeterli. Özel kumsalı var denizin girişi taşlı ama devamında hep kum. Biz spada masaj da yaptırdık. Çok da memnun kaldık. Otelin uygulaması ile günlük aktivitelerden haberiniz oluyor. Biz güzel dans showlarına ve maskeli partiye denk geldik,çok eğlendik. Basilico restoran ücrete dahil ve kesinlikle kaçırmamanız gereken bir hizmet veriyor ,ilk işiniz burdan rezervasyon olsun otelde. Otelde herkes size gülümsüyor herkes size yardımcı olmak istiyor,sorun yaşarsanız hemen çözmeye çalışıyorlar. Yani ben aldığım hizmetten gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Eşime burda evlilik teklifi ettim. Benim için yeri ayrı o yüzden.

Personel çok güleryüzlü yemekler çok güzel havuzlar 3,4 tane biraz karışık plaj hizmeti güzel fakat deniz iyi değil çok bulanık ve biraz sığ giriş taşlı yürüyerek girmek zor iskeleden gidip çıkmak lazım

Wir waren im April da und hatten Hoffnung, dass der Kidsclub die Kinder evtl. mal anspricht oder sie animiert mitzumachen.. so wusste man nie wann was stattfindet um die Eltern etwas zu entlasten! Sehr steiniger Strand etwas Wüst! Ansonsten ist das Balsamico Restaurant zu Jederzeit einen Besuch wert! Das Sunset Fleischrestaurant kostet abends 50€ pro Person was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann wenn es Mittags kostenlos ist?! Das Tao Chinese Restaurant ist immer ausgebucht gewesen! Ansonsten muss man sich mit der App auskennen die alle reservationen leitet! Ein schönes ruhiges aber etwas Langweiliges Konzept.. naja nochmal muss ich da nicht hin!

Groot en ruim opgezet met meerdere zwembaden, eetgelegenheden, barretjes en veel groen. Goed eten, vriendelijk personeel. We hebben het fijn gehad met ons gezin met oudere kinderen

We had wonderful 5 night stay. The food was excellent. The service was timely and the staff was courteous. The beach is one of the best in the region. There is plenty of variety in entertainment and organized activities for people of all ages.

Un hôtel bien en deçà des attentes. service d'accueil. service client, le comportement du personnel est très mauvais. Ils ont des employés qui ne peuvent pas passer la commande correctement. Un hôtel où il faut aller tout acheter soi-même. Il n'y a pas d'organisation pour les enfants. uniquement des animations anglaises et un hôtel ridicule pour les britanniques uniquement.

Beautiful and clean. Buffet is open all the time and a lot of food options. Other restaurants are also open annd included for lunch but be informed for dinner u have to pay except the e buffet. ( you are allowed one free entrance)

I believe this is the best place to stay when visiting Fethiye. The location is extremely convenient, everything was spotless, the restaurants were excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The hotel facilities are very good but the rooms looks like 3 star hotel and needs refurbishment. The towels are so old. The main restaurants were excellent but other restaurants were all reserved.

The paid a la carte was not worth the 40euros and there was no hot water in the mornings for a shower

Nice spacious room, spotless clean, very delicious and variety of food and beverages, friendly and fast service...what else would you ask for? I also liked how they separated the adult only and kids/family sections. All in all it was a perfect holiday! thank you Blue Sensatory team!!

Garsonlardan bi kaç tanesi hariç güleryüzlü değillerdi. Odalar küçük , balkonlar çok bitişik , yemekler iyiydi. Denizi çok bulanık ve dalgalı. Beklentimin çok altında kaldı. Kesinlikle fiyat kalite dengesi yok

Great all you can eat food with Turkish and international cuisine, great rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Best all inclusive resort I ever stayed. I stayed in hundreds of resorts for work (as an auditor for hotel chains) and pleasure around the world, and this was a great experience. The family rooms with two bedrooms and direct access to a semi-private pool is the best design I ever saw.

This resort was incredible. The property is beautiful, the room was gorgeous, and the private beach made it feel extra special. The pools are huge with plenty of loungers, so we never had to rush to find a spot. The food was delicious, and everything felt so peaceful, especially at night. Our room had a lovely balcony with a view of the beach, which made mornings and evenings really relaxing. The service stood out the most. From the moment they took our luggage when we arrived to the moment we left, everything was handled with care. Each night, we got a handwritten note wishing us a good stay and celebrating our special occasions. We felt truly looked after and can’t recommend this place enough.

It was one of the best all inclusive stays experience we had. Main restaurant menu was very vast, we could get dinner almost whole night. Bar is also open the whole night. Room was great as well, mini bar was fully stacked up all the time and hotel provided room service every day. You literally don’t have to step out of resort apart from sightseeing around the area as everything is provided at the hotel. Really nice experience!

Just a perfect location to take the family. Had everything from great entertainment for the kids to lovely restaurants. Staff couldnt do enough and went into every tiny detail to make sure we had a great trip. Our 1 year old had a minor accident and not only were the staff on hand to help but they sent a 'get well soon teddy bear' - its the small things that make the differences and this hotel really delivers that. The hotel was nice and peaceful and gave zen vibes. The staff were nice and friendly and spoke english well, but under staffed, they were constantly in a rush. As a restaurant in Turkey, I expected chai at every drink station for example, the bar’s. Was denied tea a few times and told to get it myself from other areas. I came in with my husband and baby and check in was nice and quick which is important as a mother was a baby. Provided with a crib and essentials for baby which was great. My baby ended up getting quite sick while we stayed at this hotel so we checked out early and they still charged us for the rest of our stay. Food was great, lots of option. Pools were clean. Tub in the room is hard to get out of and i slipped each time even though there is a non slip mat because the tub is placed higher than the floor itself. Restaurants were all booked so we didn't get to dine at any of them and some you have to pay for even though the hotel is “all inclusive.” You have to pay 80 euros to book cabanas for the day but yes i would stay again if i were back in Turkey in the future

Tesise girişimizden itibaren, gayet güleryüzlü ve işini iyi yapan pereonelin karşılaması, tesisin tamamında hizmet veren ekibin aynı güleryüz ve sabırla, konukların tüm taleplerini hızlıca yerine getirmeleri, açık büfe restoran dışında alakart restoranlarda da hizmetin hiç aksamadan yürümesi ve tesisin temiz ve bakımlı olması gerçekten kısa ama çok iyi geçen konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Tüm ekibe, tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle, çok teşekkür ederiz.

Excellent hotel with responsive staff and service. Food was amazing. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. We had a wonderful sea view family room with Fethiye Bay view. Everywhere was walkable and close by. Adult pools were great. I this property if great both for families and couples w/o kids.

Çalışanlar mutlu ve güleryüzlü idi. Personel sayısı yeterliydi. Hizmet kalitesi yüksek, yemkler kaliteli idi, otelde plaj ve restoran çok kalabalık değildi. Dört kişi aile olarak kaldık. Hepimiz çok beğendik. 12 de check out olduktan sonra 3 saat kadar daha plajı sorarak kullandık, müşteri memnuniyetini ön plana koydukları belli.

It’s far from the Oludeniz for para-gliding activity and so on. All inclusive was good choice for us. But restaurants reservation process was not good enough to operate and accept every guest. First come, first serve. We stayed 3days, but we had never had any chance to reserve and eat dinner at any designated restaurant.

Amazing location, views and facilities. Staff are friendly and support. Reservation for restaurants is tricky, even though we were told they were fully booked, we could see empty tables… didn’t quite understand how that system works. Besides that, we had an amazing time!

Genel anlamda otel iyiydi. Personel kibar ve güleryüzlü. Kokteyl Bar Neoman yanında olan çok başarılıydı. The Bar da yine aynı özellikle Zeynep hanım çok güzel karşıladı bizi her akşam. Tao daha iyi olabilir sadece bir iki yemek haricinde Çin mutfağı tadını vermedi. Ana Büfe çeşitlilik ve lezzet bakımından çok iyiydi. Pastanedeki ürünler çok kaliteli görünmesine rağmen tad bakımından çok zayıf kalmış. Ancak yeniden belirtmek isterim Otel’den genel anlamda mutlu ayrıldık.

Her şey dahil otellere dair önyargıları tamamen kıran bir deneyim yaşadık. Yemek çeşitliliği ve lezzeti gerçekten üst düzeydi. Özellikle açık büfede hem kalite hem de tat beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Sizi mutlu etmek için adeta ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Ramazan Abi, Hakan Abi, Yiğit ve isimlerini hatırlayamadığım birçok çalışan bize dostane yaklaşımlarıyla tatilimizi çok daha özel kıldılar. Kokteyller ise oldukça başarılıydı. Doğum günüm için yaptıkları sürpriz gerçekten unutulmazdı. Odamız şarap, şampanya, kocaman bir pasta ve balonlarla süslenmişti. Bu kadar ince düşünülmüş bir jest bizi çok mutlu etti. Sayısız etkinlik ve aktiviteler sayesinde zamanın nasıl geçtiğini anlamadık. Sadece 2 gün kalmamıza rağmen, dolu dolu geçen bu tatil bize adeta bir hafta gibi hissettirdi. Özetle; hem hizmet kalitesi hem de atmosferiyle Akra Fethiye, gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Bizim için unutulmaz bir tatil oldu, tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz. 🌿🏖️

Loved this resort, great for families. Everyone was very nice and there are many activities here for people of all ages and backgrounds. The property itself is gorgeous and when I went in May there were plenty of umbrellas on the beach. The only thing that I had a bad experience with was making dinner reservations for the evening meals. I stayed 2 nights and neither night had any openings. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have made reservations 1 week ago prior to arrival. A simple email or message from guest services about making these bookings ahead of time would have been sufficient.

It was a much better experience than I expected.staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. We had 1 disappointing meal in the Asian restaurant, but a fabulous meal in the Italian. I think they should let customers book the restaurants in advance as they fill up quickly.
