Liked the parking available for our van and trailer. Like everything pretty much. Have a few general complaints. 1, it’s awful to have a solo bathroom light attached to a fan. It wakes everyone up every time you go pee at night, especially because the light switch is outside of the bathroom which is very annoying. Two, the tv/picture was awful. Why even give us one if it is so blurry and looks like old floor tvs with knobs? Three, the laundry should be available 24hours. Why wouldn’t it be? Silly. But everything else was great. Would come back.

Only one ice maker was working. Our room was very nice. Laundry room was very clean. Coffee machine in the lobby also made espresso drinks, very nice! Breakfast was good also. Eggs, sausage, hash browns. Very convenient location, we walked everywhere.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good and there were lots of tables inside and outside overlooking the downtown area. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The pool area was very nice and a great way to end the day.

Met my out-of-state brother here to go visit the nearby nat'l & state parks. Loved the location on Main St. The hot tub & pool were great at the end of the day. Also liked the Mexican restaurant right next door. Would stay there again.

This hotel faced the main road in Moab. Very congested area. Surrounded by souvenir shops. It is ok. Could use a major update and redo. The room was dark and stale smelling. The ac was noisy and the bathroom had stains on the ceiling. The young man at the front desk was very pleasant. Breakfast was the usual American fair. Gummy muffins, a yogurt machine which pumped out very sweet product,, scrambled , eggs, coffee, juice, some fruit, and a pancake machine. Some imagination and creativity to make it more appetizing would have been most welcome. Glad we only had to stay one night. I would research other options

Nicest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Very nicely appointed lobby and breakfast area. Updated rooms. Bathroom could stand a good bleaching as evidence of mold starting, but overall nice room.

Didn’t love how dirty the floor was, with a crawling baby we didn’t feel good about having her on the floor. The breakfast was busy so they were a bit behind but were very cheerful and helpful! Might be time to upgrade the place but not too bad all around.

I paid more for this room, assuming that it was a real outside balcony, but what is true is that the room faces the main street and has no option for an open balcony. The room was clean, and in general updated and comfortable. Breakfast staff was above par, but little to no variation in what was served. The big negative was the outside noise level in the room; the room is just a few feet from the main highway through town - at an intersection - where off-road vehicles, semi-trucks, dirt bikes and every other kind of vehicle passes by at all hours. When we asked for another room, we were told, "You chose the room."

This is a great location in downtown Moab. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping very easily. It is a little dated but clean and comfortable. It seemed pretty quiet in our room. One problem was that there are not enough plugs, none around the beds. You couldn't charge phones and keep them near the bed.

Shower was broken. We extended a day with the assurance that it would be fixed, but unfortunately that dodnt happen. After a hectic dau when we got to the room? The new shift staff knew nothi g about it. She was helpful though and gave us keys to nextdoor room to use the shower or move in it. It was appreciated but defeated the purpose of not checking out for the convenience.

Upon check in, there was no one in the lobby for a few minutes. Rooms are all outside access. Our first experience in the room was to have smoke appear when we plugged a charger into the clock radio appliance. Yikes! They were kind enough to simply give us another room without waiting. It was clean and a very comfortable bed. Easy walking to downtown. The restaurant recommended was good as well. Breakfast was the usual.

Staff went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Location can't be beat, easy to walk to dinner without having to drive after a long day out. I'd stay here again without question. Much better than what you'd expect from a Best Western.

The room was ok, we saw a roach on the floor behind the door, the breakfast was not edible. Very limited options but the coffee was decent. The second morning we skipped breakfast and ate somewhere else. Bed was comfy, pillows were terrible. Lady at the front desk was nice, the lady doing the breakfast was rude and looked like she didn’t want to be their, I think I will skip this next time we visit this area

Property is in the center of town - perfect for walking and shopping. The pool was clean and inviting. Our room faced the main drag (one of only three that do) and was noisy, but we knew this and booked it because the room was so bright and airy. Great location right in the middle of town - walked to all our restaurants over our 3-night stay. Reception staff were great, as were the breakfast attendants. They only offer housekeeping upon request - we didn't need it for our stay. Room was spacious, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Slept really well. Everything worked well - TV, heating, fridge, shower. Breakfast bar was good. Plenty of parking right outside our room. Great stay!

The staff is lovely and very helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. I would have preferred different pillows but there were plenty of them. Our fridge didn't keep our leftovers from all the amazing nearby restaurants cold enough to be safely eaten. But that is my only complaint. The location is perfect. Pool and spa were great! Breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again.

Appreciated the walkability of this location to downtown Moab. Door had a bit of a gap in the bottom, but not a big deal. Chose this for the free breakfast, but turned out to be not the best (issues with pancake machine and eggs were a funny taste/texture). Parking was great and easily accessible. Bed was comfy and AC was GREAT after a hot day at the parks.
