The room was clean, but old. The trim and carpet was ratty and the dead bolts on the doors did not work. They TV remote did not control the TV, and they door to the balcony was clearly an interior door. The staff was ok, but not extremely helpful. The balcony view was worth the stay, because it overlooked the creek and the sound was awesome. The elevators were hit or miss and the room was not ready until about 4 hours after check in. The location was phenominal, but the parking was severly limited and tight for anything larger than a sedan.

Front door was damaged and wouldnt shut properly. Had 1 roll of toilet paper in it and when I asked if my say was better after I told front desk that it was a miserable. He went and got me the toilet paper and he say is your stay better now????? !!! Terrible stay. Water stained ceilings, also had not water in the morning and when I called the front desk. Some one came up and told us that the plumber messed up in this room. Turned a couple faucets on and then we had hot water. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Overall great stay. Perfect for us and my 2 pups. Enough room in the rooms. WiFi kept going down but it made us enjoy the weekend and outdoors more. Breakfast was average for the standard hotel breakfast. Don’t go in expecting 5 Star it is convenient to the main strip and Howard’s being right there definitely made this stand out. Will stay there again

The following is a direct observance of suite #210 at Quality Inn near light #10 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. There were Cobwebs in the upper corners of the suite. The dark floor of the main room was nasty and turned our feet black after coming out of a shower. Speaking of shower, very low water pressure. Also, a paint like substance came off onto the bottom of my feet that was coming off of the floor of the tub. The ceiling fan did not work. When I asked manager Mitch about ceiling fan he simply responded that "it was going to be inop". There is some unknown residue from substance left on the headboard previous to our arrival and bloody spots on the wall directly to the side of the toilet. There are two lights directly above the the jacuzzi tub, but only one worked and the other was hanging offset coming downward from the ceiling. The whole place seems to be very outdated. The pool was not very clean either. Other than the above listed issues, the staff was generally pleasant and helpful. I will not be staying there again in the future and would not recommend it for others who might consider this particular hotel.
