At Super 8 by Wyndham Crossville TN, travellers repeatedly note clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient interstate location, while expectations should remain budget‑level with simple amenities, a very basic breakfast, and occasional maintenance, odor, or noise issues.

Beds are often described as comfortable, though several guests found the mattresses very firm and the pillows small or hard. Pool availability is seasonal or limited, parking is ample, and recent updates show, but some rooms feel damp or dated. Overall, a practical stop for short, budget-minded stays.

We stayed just one night as we were traveling to North Carolina for a family wedding. The facility was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located near the interstate highway and several local services (restraurants, convenience/grocery stores and gas).

Rooms were clean, updated and comfortable. Parking lot is well lighted. Staff friendly and helpful. No cooking allowed in rooms but had a microwave and fridge. Breakfast consisted of juice and coffee. 2 types of cereal, frosted flakes & rasin bran, waffle and some english muffins. Didn't see any jelly or syrup.

Convenient to I-40. Clean. Breakfast was only juice, coffee (good), tea, milk/creamers, cereal, bagged pastry, toast and make it yourself waffles (good). But, they did not promise more and at the price, we were ok. Staff was pleasant. Good place for a quick overnight stop. I would stop again if they keep the price down. We were pulling a small u-haul trailer and parking was not a problem. 24 hr desk.

Obviously updated and looks great. The only things we're that the he tub floor was gray and may still need some kind of cleaning. And a couple places on the walls have paint peeled off. The Bradley was fine but coups have used some fresh fruit. Seating was limited. Really a shame to have pools with such limited hours. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'd stay again.

Only stay here if you have all your shots. The front staff guy at night was very rude. The hotel needs a total updating. Dirty sheets and dirty mattress covers. Makes you wonder how long it has been since they washed the blankets and comforter sheet. Breakfast is for a bird. One piece of toast wheat. No butter .

The room was musty and humid. Everything felt damp to the touch. The whole place needed a good scrubbing. Walls and ceiling had something black on them. Good location and the beds were comfortable. The property is dated, more so than what the reviews on Expedia and the Super 8 website suggests. The room is fine for the price. However, be aware that if you use a debit card, they require $100 cash deposit that they say you get back in the morning if there are no issues with the room. This information is not in the contract that they have you sign when you arrive. It is on a notice on their front counter And I was told it is the choice of their franchise to require $100 cash. I consider this very misleading. If you use a credit card, they do not require the $100 cash deposit or at least that's how I understand it. They should be up front about what their requirements are before people come to check in.

Very easy to get to off interstate with ample parking. The disappointing part was that at check-in I was informed that I had to pay a 100$ deposit to cover any incidental expense that might occur. I had to use credit card or cash. I don’t have a credit card. Haven’t had one in 40 years. I certainly don’t keep 100$ cash on me. No where in the booking process did it say there would be this 100$ deposit. It simply says they might require a deposit for incidentals. I really was so frustrated that I wanted to just leave and drive on home. But they wouldn’t issue refund because I booked through 3rd party. Fortunately my husband happened to think he has a credit card he keeps for emergency so we reluctantly used that. I just think Expedia needs to post just exactly how much places are going to want for deposit.

I reserved and paid for a room. I would not get in until 4am the staff repeatedly called me me and harassed me about when I would get there. At one point they cornered me going are you going to be here in the next 30 min or not. It was unacceptable the comforters in the room felt crunchy. The waffle maker was broke and the cereal was stale and that sums up breakfast.

The guy that checked us in did not speak clear English. It said online that it was pet friendly so he said we would have to pay $100 for “incidentals” because of pets, then he did not allow the pets in. He was also rude. He said if all was OK the &100 would be credited back to us. As of now, Sunday August 4, 9:36 am Eastern Standard Time it has not been credited. Please take care of this matter. The pets slept in the car for 3 nights!
