The hotel was very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. But unfortunately the way the hotel handled the current construction with respect to the entrance and check in was unacceptable. I repeatedly had to circle around to try and find a way in then, with no other options, temporarily park in handicap parking and trek an unacceptable distance through the conference center to check in. The fact that the hotel didn't have a better contingency plan or at least significantly better signage/way finding is mind boggling. Absolutely not acceptable. Fortunately the lovely check in staff got me settled down but it wasted a good half hour of my time in the meantime. I will hesitate to stay at another Hilton property in the near future because of how silly this was.

Only issue. Saw with the room was the ceiling in the bathroom could use a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise, an easy walk to the airport.

I stayed one night as a birthday treat, and intended to use the hotel room to get ready for an event. However, it was so hot in our room my curls fell and my makeup was melting off as I put it on. It was 83 degrees in our room at 6pm, with the AC turned up. We called the front desk who simply advised the higher up floors were hotter...and they sent up a box fan that did nothing to help, unfortunately. None of us could sleep all night. At 4am when it had "cooled" down, the room was 78 degrees. It was a miserable, unconfortable, sleepless night that cost nearly $200. I was incredibly bummed to waste my money and limited time on a miserably uncomfortable stay. I did speak to the front desk upon checkout and requested a refund, but they were unable to do so because I booked through a third party. Which is reasonable and I understand. I did request, possibly a free stay one night, no upgrades or anything else. So that I could plan a trip back and enjoy the pool that I saw. I was told that a manager would reach out, and i'm still waiting for that. Overall, if the issue is handled appropriately I would say, the entire location was pretty great. The place was clean and the employees were polite.
