I really liked the Sheraton. We did have a few issues while we were there. The pool was out for a whole day for maintenance and the water went out for several hours one day, but they handled it well and I wouldn’t mind going back

Perfect for staying when you are going to a convention. Convenient. Not fun for kids. Pool was cold. Walked 9 min to the beach. Other pools in area are heated. No breakfast included in the stay. Parking was 8$.

First I want to say that Tyreek (i hope thats how you spell his name) was phenonrmal! He checked me in after I was overbooked at another hotel in the area. He was so kind and professional. He could tell I was having a bad night and responded perfectly. I have been coaching people on customer service for over 15 years and this young man has it down perfectly! The hotel seemed well maintained and organized. We were there in February, my 7 year old daughter loved the indoor pool. Parking was convenient in a garage on the property for $10 per day. The walk to the garage was odd. There was no real walkway from the lobby to the garage. Often it felt unsafe walking with my child and our belongings. It was odd because everything else was so well designed. I booked the Ocean View room. But the view seemed more like city view with a little ocean far off. And there was a disgusting stain on one of the beds. We ended up just sharing the second bed in the room. I was too tired to ask for another room after an ordeal at another property that night. Other than that the room was pretty clean. The headboard of the bed seemed worn. It had scratch marks on it. But other than those things everyone was nice and accomodating. We felt safe. The beach was like a 5 minute drive away. And the property was close to lots of food and entertainment options. I would definitely stay again.

I had a really great stay at the Sheraton. It was near enough to the beach to walk on a nice day. I also loved the ocean-front view from my room. Breakfast was good. I suggest putting the croissants and pastries somewhere away from the toaster. I walked in just as someone's croissant was on fire inside. They had to put a sign, asking people to not toast the croissants and pastries. Perhaps if those items were away from the toaster people won't be tempted. The pool is indoors and only 3 feed deep. It's small, but it suited my needs. The only downside is when it's as hot as it was the day I used it, it can get pretty steamy with the sun shining through the windows and the humidity being really high. As soon as I dried off I wanted to go back into the pool. Phew! Kilwins Ice Cream was yum. The only other thing to keep in mind is that the parking deck is difficult to access when you have to scan your card. It would be nice if there was a way to pull straight in, and not have to maneuver the car or open the door and step out to use the card. It's also a long walk outside from the parking deck to the hotel. There is no direct access from the inside of the hotel. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

For the price very dissatisfied with the stay I was woken multiple times of screaming and yelling in the halls. Even at the there was blood on my wall next to my bed the sink was broken as well as the handle on the toilet and overall not cleaned very well before my stay.

There was broken glass throughout the parking garage that never got picked up the entire 4 days we were there. $10/day to park in this garage only. The shower head was dangling from the wall. The room was dirty and had stuff left in it from a previous renter. We always bring our own cleaning so we deep cleaned, put our own linens on bed and put the trash in the hall. Received calls bugging us to get our free gift from concierge then when we finally took a minute to stop by, both concierge ignored us while chatting up one other person. Locked out of our room day2 because they didn’t check us in properly so our key auto turned off. Noisy hallways and a tiny room without a microwave simply take it off our list for the many other better options at the same price point.

No internet for streaming in room, front desk was unapologetic and stated they were replacing equipment which didn't help me. Absolutely no parking on site which was unclear when I booked - they charged me $8/night to park in their garage. Additionally, elevator was a wait each time and hotel was packed with a dance event at the convention center.

Nice. 👍 Would stay again. It’s walking distance from the ocean if you’re able to take a 10 to 15 minute walk . Staff was available, attentive and accommodating. Room and bathroom were spacious. Four elevators and they were all working, clean and accessible only by room key. Spouse enjoyed the mattress. Said it was firm and comfortable. Got the best sleep ever. Woke up without back pain. 🤗

We were staying here because we had an event to attend in the convention center. The convince to our event was amazing. The room we were in was recently updated. Everything was shiny and new and the beds and pillows were very comfortable BUT~the air conditioning was sporadically working and the tv didn't work at all. When this was brought to the attention of the staff, they acknowledged the problem throughout the hotel but had no solution or compensation. This feels unsatisfactory for the outrageous price of the room. Also be warned, parking is extra with a ridiculous tax added.

The tv streaming didn’t work and keep in mind it’s a convention center so with only one coffee shop and restaurant it was inconvenient. Tips were included at the restaurant so that kinda gyps the staff. Far enough away from the beach party scene that it’s quiet. Parking was easy to enter and exit. Overall I would recommend it.

The hallways were still under renovation but the rooms have been newly renovated. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Bathrooms are especially nice with great water pressure! The hotel itself is a little far off the boardwalk but I'd rather have the nicer rooms over proximity. We still walked to everything

Pro: Close to the attractions we visited in Myrtle Walking distance to beach *a couple of blocks* Cons: Had to pay per night to park in their parking deck! Not included when booking the room. They're no microwaves in the rooms and one microwave on the floor, which is not convenient if you have to heat multiple items up and carry them back to your room. Also not convenient if your room is on the other side of the building. Booked an ocean view room, but only saw the other hotels blocking the ocean as our view instead. Made the best of it and saw a beautiful sunrise though. If it weren't for the cons, I would stay here again.

First of all, the service was great. Every request was quick and took care of our inquiries. The facility was super in that we were there for a craftsmen show at the facility and the cleanliness and atmosphere was very soothing. Vidalia's was a great find and the ease of both the food service and quality of the meals was wonderful. It made leaving the facility a sad reminder of well we were treated.

The staff was informative and helpful. They upgraded our room. The restaurant was nice and food good. I was a bit surprised that a guest would have to pay $10.00 to park if they booked a stay. The bar area and bar was nice. Overall a nice hotel and great stay. Would stay again.

Check in was very easy and person at the desk was very polite. The bellman desk was also awesome . Had a late flight and they kept my bag till I left for the airport. My room was cleaned every day which I really appreciated. I was there for a week and was in the convention area most the time. It’s not a bad walk at all. Don’t forget to visit the ice cream store! Dining is reasonably priced for a hotel. The bar area also serves food. There’s a coffee shop that has Starbucks coffee and bakery.

We couldnt check until 6:30 pm. when we did check in we were informed that the hotel did not have hot water, they said we could cancel for free, but where on Myrtle Beach were going to find a vacancy over Easter weekend with a Ripken High School baseball tournament going on? (upwards for 30 teams with staff & parents). when I asked if we could get a discount or free room, we were told "No" because we booked thru Expedia. When we asked about a free breakfast or other meal, we were also told "No". We were then informed that the water issue was temporary, and we would have hot water in about 2-3 hours. We did not have hot water for our entire overnight stay. We got caught in rain storm on our way to the hotel so we were soaking wet when we checked in, and we drove back to Ohio in the morning, a nice hot shower to start the day off would have been great! When we did check out in the morning the man working the front desk asked "how was your stay" we responded "ok... but no hot water sucked". he said "yeah sorry about that, nothing we can do about it now". Perhaps a call to us before we checked in and informing us of the water issue, maybe we could have found other accommodations? but waiting till we checked in at 6:30-6:45 pm was kinda late. I also used the moblie app & requested a 3pm check in but that apparently was not a option.

When we arrived, the guest services was nice and the room was clean and neat. However, the next morning before 9 am, we awoke to construction somewhere in the rooms above us. This continued all through the morning, broke briefly at noon and continued on. When we called down stairs to complain at one point, it stopped for a moment but continued on until the evening. We heard it begin again the next morning when we were checking out. The front desk clerk provided little assistance and barely gave us a reason for the noise.

I had a really great stay at the Sheraton. It was near enough to the beach to walk on a nice day. I also loved the ocean-front view from my room. Breakfast was good. I suggest putting the croissants and pastries somewhere away from the toaster. I walked in just as someone's croissant was on fire inside. They had to put a sign, asking people to not toast the croissants and pastries. Perhaps if those items were away from the toaster people won't be tempted. The pool is indoors and only 3 feed deep. It's small, but it suited my needs. The only downside is when it's as hot as it was the day I used it, it can get pretty steamy with the sun shining through the windows and the humidity being really high. As soon as I dried off I wanted to go back into the pool. Phew! Kilwins Ice Cream was yum. The only other thing to keep in mind is that the parking deck is difficult to access when you have to scan your card. It would be nice if there was a way to pull straight in, and not have to maneuver the car or open the door and step out to use the card. It's also a long walk outside from the parking deck to the hotel. There is no direct access from the inside of the hotel. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

This was the idea location for me. I didn't have to worry about traffic if I wanted to walk to attractions I could in a very short distance. The convention center had a showcase going on, and I didn't have to drive. This is going to be my go-to spot for the future. Check in was very quick I was not inside 5 minutes and was all set to my room.

The hallways were still under renovation but the rooms have been newly renovated. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Bathrooms are especially nice with great water pressure! The hotel itself is a little far off the boardwalk but I'd rather have the nicer rooms over proximity. We still walked to everything

I really enjoyed our stay here. I felt safe because you can’t do anything without your room key lol. It was quiet & comfortable. Everything is within 5 mins of the hotel. Fast & easy check in as well. It was worth every penny spent. I just feel like breakfast should be included but that doesn’t take away from the good!

We were there for a volleyball tournament and it was in the perfect location for that event. It is a maybe 10 minute walk to the beach ( if even that long). It was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. If I had one complaint it would be the dining. The food was horrible. The steak tatsed like it was taken out of a bag and heated on the grill like they do at some low end eateries and at the price they are charging it was unacceptable. They did take the food of of the bill which was very nice. I will stay there again just will eat else where.

First of all, the service was great. Every request was quick and took care of our inquiries. The facility was super in that we were there for a craftsmen show at the facility and the cleanliness and atmosphere was very soothing. Vidalia's was a great find and the ease of both the food service and quality of the meals was wonderful. It made leaving the facility a sad reminder of well we were treated.

The tv streaming didn’t work and keep in mind it’s a convention center so with only one coffee shop and restaurant it was inconvenient. Tips were included at the restaurant so that kinda gyps the staff. Far enough away from the beach party scene that it’s quiet. Parking was easy to enter and exit. Overall I would recommend it.

While the rooms were relatively clean, I left with a number of bug bites occurring while I slept. More over, there is no comfortable place outside the room to sit and work/relax. The main floor areas are very loud and very busy. Ordering food was also tricky, I had to order from my room and bring to the bar because I could not order the same food from the bar even though it uses the same kitchen. Bartenders said they had not way to ring-up anyone beyond their menu which seems silly. The Coffee bar was understaffed leading to long wait times. And finally, food options are limited for people that do not eat meat and/or dairy

Garbage piled up near entrance. Bathroom in lobby in deplorable condition. Drink prices way out of line. Breakfast buffet was cold and fruit salad was old. Price for this hotel was way too high. Very disappointed in the total package. Confusion in the restaurant on whether we needed to pay or not. Never go back gain!

Room was clean, staff was excellent, parking tough for Handicap parking, and bed was aliitle uncomfortable due to the small pillows and uncomfortable bed/sofa chair. Otherwise everything was okay but my wife did like the area and she would recommend staying there again. So that all that matters to me. Thank!
