The location can’t be beat, the rooms are larger than we expected and comfortable. The bathrooms were small and got very wet during a shower but otherwise it was a great stay.

We were greeted by very friendly staff. They have good security - they ensure you have a key before you approach the elevators. They have a Starbucks within the lobby. The cleaning crew was amazing. Overall a very good stay.

It was fantastic! Very clean rooms and the staff are professional and friendly. Love the restaurants at the hotel. Very convenient and food is amazing! Love the Tick Tock Diner. Made reservations at the Butcher and Banker Steakhouse. It was delicious! Out my hotel window was Madison Square Garden. So beautiful at night! Will definitely stay again!

I loved the historic atmosphere and the beautiful interior, and it felt safe and cared for. The elevator to the 23rd floor was fast, and we never needed to wait long for an elevator. The beds were great. Only downsides were the lack of storage space in the bathroom for a toiletry bag and the street noise/music that easily traveled to the 23rd floor. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay again
