Have stayed at this property several times and really like it. Rooms are clean, spacious, kitchen is great and desk area allows for excellent working space. Only issue I have run into is parking. Tends to be a little difficult to find a space near your room if you return later in the evening depending on their nightly capacity.

The room was clean, up-to-date, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there to visit our college-age daughters, and watch our oldest perform with the Carroll University orchestra. We liked the convenience of being not far from her campus. It was also nice to have the extra space and kitchen when they came back our suite for dessert after the concert. The only negative was that we parked in the back of our building, where we could see our vehicle from our room. But there was no entrance on that side of the building.

I was in town for a 1 night stay. This hotel was in a good location and seemed safe. The staff was nice as well. Good amenities including fitness room, guest laundry, paid snacks, complimentary breakfast. Only down side was that I missed on the listing that the pool is outdoor, which was a bummer as I had assumed it was indoor. Room was nice, decent size and overall pretty clean. Bed was clean and comfortable too. The shower head was set to a single hard stream, which wasn't ideal and I couldn't adjust it. It seemed to be stuck. Overall I was happy with this hotel and would stay again.

We have stayed at this property a few times and after this visit I’m not sure we’d stay again. We had a second floor room and the people moving around in the room above us sounded like they were in our room. They changed their policy on parking (now a fee) and this was not communicated at check-in (and there was not a lot of parking available!). Lastly, I happened to forget my key in my room and went to the front desk for another. I was given one just by providing my room number and wasn’t asked for any ID. While the hotel can’t be blamed for messy/rude guests, I watched a kid shoot the whipped cream directly into his mouth from the can at the breakfast buffet. Additionally, the breakfast room was full every morning and our family of 3 had to cram into a table for 2 while single guests sat at a table for 4. Overall the breakfast was good and the staff did a good job of keeping it full given how busy it was. My kids also appreciated the nightly cookies.

My favorite hotel in Brookfield! Well lit parking lot. Easy to get to. Comfy beds, nice shower. Good free breakfast with some unique dining options. Nice outdoor sitting areas. Have a fire pit area, grills, appliances you can borrow.

Overall fine but a bit disappointed in the condition of the room. Throw pillows, couch, floor, and chair stained and wood was chipped. From the sitting area, I noticed a lot of crumbs and dust beneath the fridge. Rest of the room was clean upon arrival. Staff was very friendly.

The room was tiny with the layout making it impossible to navigate the room in my wheelchair. I'm a Amputee and take my prosthetic off to sleep, when i wake up at night I'm relying on my wheelchair. Had to always put my leg on just to get around room. Listed on website as a handicap accessible room! Didn't have any other room available.

Everything about this stay was great. From the friendly check in (thanks, Kai!) to the comfortable room, we were pleased. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was well appointed and clean. We arrived roughly 130am on Friday. Exhausted and ready to crash, we were greeted by Grant(I sure hope I got his name right). He was friendly, helpful and just an all around nice guy. He got us checked in, told us the easiest spots to park and asked if he could us at all. All around a great experience with clean spacious rooms!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we got to our room, the AC wasn’t working so we called the front desk. The maintenance man came within 10 min and completely replaced the AC unit within the half hour. The room was very nice with a small stove and fridge and microwave. The breakfast was hot and good. They had complimentary popcorn and cookies on arrival. Great stay!

From the moment we walked to the door to check in to the moment we checked out, we were treated wonderfully by the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. One of the most quiet places we've ever stayed in. No outside noise or noise in the halls to keep us awake at night. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Grace checked me in and was simply amazing, had the best hospitality. I ran into an issue at check out and maintenance/ staff were reassuring and helpful. Disappointing. We are fans of Towneplace Suites. This one just didn’t compare. When we arrived, the front lobby had a strong stench of deodorizer. Not a welcoming fragrance. The fragrance stayed on our clothes afterwards. We skipped the complimentary breakfast because it was held in the same area as the deodorized lobby. Staff was very kind though. Wake up management.
