The check in was a decent experience but after that it went downhill. One of two elevators wasn’t working then both quit working. My husband has a broken foot so being on the 4th floor was inconvenient. Our room wasn’t too clean. Then Sunday morning I grabbed a washcloth that was hanging over the hand towel. It was dirty from a previous guest!!! See attached photo of the person’s mascara marks!

The fitness center was missing a lot of dumbbells and most of the cardio equipment wasn’t working. There were no towels. Also the door to my hotel room was hard to open and lock, which was not good from a safety standpoint.

Good: clean hotel, friendly staff, hot showers, comfy bed, neat and tidy room, 2 pools. Bad: Dark parking lot all the lights in the back of the hotel parking lot don’t work, extra $15 for breakfast, have to pay for coffee as well but there are paltry choices with a maker in the room (bright side) the entrance to the hotel has rock and part of the blacktop tore up with lots of construction (not the hotels fault but no warning), the tv pixelated the whole time we were there. Not overly bad stay just heads up for others

The room was covered in dust. I ean my finger over the dresser and it made a trail. Holes in carpet. The area around the toilet was white and rusty as if it had been replaced or repaired in a hurry. The bathroom door was beat up. The closet door didn’t close all the way. The shower curtain was not enough to keep the floor from getting soaked. The saving grace was the bed which was super comfy. They did provide us with a shuttle to the airport which was nice. They have 699 rooms and I am a Bonvoy member yet I felt they could have potentially put us in a room that was nicer.

Our room was without a shower curtain. The door behind the toilet was open (plumbing door). The pool was dirty with floating hairs and there were no clean towels for the pool. A worker even walked in looked at it and then left. For the money, it was not worth it. Too many issues for a one night stay.

Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield: I booked two (one night) hotel rooms for 7/25-7/26. My family and I stayed for approximately 30 minutes before we were forced to check out and leave the hotel due to the disturbingly unsafe and unsanitary conditions of the rooms. One of our rooms (Rm. 395) had a bathroom floor that was very dirty and sticky with dark brown and black-ish unknown substances. Most importantly, however, was our second room (Rm 276) that had many fresh blood splotches (not washed-in stains) on the bedding as well as unknown substances on a separate area of the sheets. The bathroom toilet was dirty had not been cleaned as well. My family and I did not touch any of the aforementioned areas before finding them in those conditions. I still have not gotten a response from the general manager even after emails and messages. Photos of unsanitary conditions attached.

Our room had dead bugs laying around as well as a couple live ones… There was also a leftover glass with dried up contents in it from the previous people when we arrived… There was a small dog across the hall from us continually barking. The bathroom was moldy and the shower leaked. You couldn’t open the bathroom door and use the shower or even toilet at the same time the bathroom was so tiny. You might as-well stay at a motel for this type of experience for half the price. Do not recommend.

Noisy and can hear everything (neighbors, cars, walk bus). Wasn’t told the breakfast was charging per person instead of per room so we were shorted a “voucher” and had to get another one. No ample parking unless you were in the back and had to walk all the way to the front. Wasn’t appreciative of the early wake up knock from housekeeping (8am) with the room occupied prior to check out (11am). Hotel itself was clean looking and looked well maintained. Bathroom was very small and hard to maneuver around between the door, toilet, and shower entry.

I was a little disappointed. I booked a room with a king size bed, but when I arrived, the only rooms available were two double sized beds. And then when I got to my room, the room didn’t look like anything in the photos. It wasn’t bad, but I had different expectations, and I booked the hotel specifically for how the room looked in the photos. On top of that, our A/C unit was very loud. Even on a low fan setting it kept me up all night because of how loud it was. And my room was humid, so A/C was needed.

Why the heck would they have an event happening with 140 nunns & NOT have them checked in or at a differ time! Ridiculous!!! Was not happy at first. We called that morning asking if we could check in a little early since we had an event to go to. We were not able to which is completely understandable! What wasn’t understandable was on the call I made sure that our room would be saved if we had to check in after the event at around 9pm. They assured me the room is saved for us as we paid online weeks ago. We river ahead of schedule at 8:20pm and they said “due to unforeseen maintenance issues, we can not book all of our rooms.” They booked us a room at a different hotel. They said one hotel name, but gave me the address to a different one and pointed in the direction it was which was not the address she wrote down. When we showed up to the one she told us to go to, that hotel didn’t have our reservation! Luckily the gentleman at the Hilton Garden Inn right behind this one was so generous and made the reservation work and got us a room. I asked him what happened and he said “they overbooked and didn’t actually have a room for you. So they called us and made reservations for people but not for you.” I WILL NOT be booking with the Sheraton again. I have never experienced this before.

We stayed for 4 days. We asked for more towels, toilet paper, and a pillow a couple of times but never received the items. We also has trouble with our key entry to our room and had to go to the desk three times to get new keys issued. This was very inconvenient and annoying.

Very nice hotel. Clean room. They don’t offer free breakfast, but you can get breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was that you had to buy the breakfast package in order to get it for $9.99 per person. You had to get it for every day that you stay with them.

The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The pool was nice and had comfortable chairs for lounging. The breakfast could be better. We paid for it at check-in and were given tickets, but no one ever collected them. While it was only $7 per person, it was on par with what other hotels offer for free with room rental.

Was there for the legion baseball all star game at American family field on Sunday. Stayed Saturday night. Paid for the dinner on Saturday night and breakfast on Sunday morning. Very disappointed in both. The food was very slim. Didn’t come out with more food. Paid good money. Would have been cheaper going out to dinner

No free breakfast here but it was ok for the price. Buffet style. Plenty of seating. TV/Remote did not work very well. Poor quality. good luck getting any streaming service to work. Ive seen better at a cheap motel. Sidewalks outside were not in the best condition. Elevator broke down on our first morning there on a two night stay. It was never fixed. Made it very difficult for my handicapped son to get down the stairs. Luckily it was only one flight. I expected a lot more from a Sheraton Hotel. Beds were clean and bug free. Staff was very friendly. Food from the bar was good and priced accordingly. Sheraton wont be on my go to list for places to stay in the future.

My room was clean and comfortable the staff were friendly. I had an early meeting across the street at the conference center so ate as the breakfast opened at 7AM and much of the food was cold. A suggestion would be to make sure the food is heated before guests come down, particularly the eggs and sausages.
