We booked in here for the indoor pool and hot tub, i did call ahead of time asking if the pool was open and working conditions, front desk said yes, we couldn't get in the pool, it was closed for maintenance, hot tub was dirty and ants all over the place.

Booked this location because of vicinity to our event, but was not overwhelmed. The hotel, in general, has all the basics but could be a lot better just by sprucing it up. The room was clean and amenities like fridge, hairdryer, etc. all working. Bed was comfortable and TV worked. The main door had a dead bolt, but no chain lock. The door to the pool was not working, The shower could use a couple grab bars for better safety, The so-called breakfast was pathetic.. a few sparse mini pastries and toast. They have a nice big room for it - just not utilizing it. There were no towels available in the pool even though there was a shelf unit for them, and the whirlpool seemed to have loose tiles at the bottom. The bar area was large but the music too loud and the hours inadequate (closed at 11pm on a Saturday night?) Parking was limited and sketchy at best (a semi-truck took up about ten spaces). Overall, it would take not too much to elevate this adequate stay to an above average one.

Pool was broken during out vist and the website says breakfast included but they actually don't have any. Charged us extra for those amenities when they're not even available. Nonsmoking but every hallway smells oike ciagrette. Wont recommend.

It was decent and near the mall, I found the swimming area quite nice. Other guests were quite loud late into the night, and the breakfast was just a few granola bars pretty much. There also was a parking fee, but for a one night stay its an alright option. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The overall facility is tired, which was fine. The issue is that we stayed there for 3 days and never had someone from housekeeping enter our room. No clean towels, no straightening the bed, no general cleaning at all the entire time. The walls are paper thin so you will hear everything! Including the fight down the hall that drew the police at 6 in the morning. Some interesting clientele. We had someone enter the building and pound on our door repeatedly at 5 in the morning. There were times when we would have liked to return to the room to relax but did not because of the overall state and the feeling that we might not be entirely safe there. Parking was very limited and we were nearly hit by someone in the lot. Lots of random people walking about in the parking lot at all hours.Overall would absolutely not stay there again, wouldn’t recommend the facility to anyone else, and will seriously reconsider staying at other other facilities in the chain.

I hate to give this property such a low rating because the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I don't want it to reflect poorly on them. Plus, it's a very low price, so I didn't expect much. The bar was low, in other words, but even at that, I can't recommend this place until they fix a LOT of problems: most of the exterior doors were broken, hot tub broken, room carpet torn, I wasn't about to trust the breakfast, but the room appeared to be locked and not serving when I went by. Just a dump, overall and the people who own it need to invest in basic repairs for me to feel safe there. It's a very industrial neighborhood. Wouldn't say for sure it's unsafe, but kinda sketchy. This property was disgusting. The entire place smelled of mildew and smoke even though we were in a nonsmoking room. I had booked a room with 2 doubles and they tried to give me a king claiming that there weren’t very many room available. The bathroom was so gross that I did not shower in the morning. There was a plastic bag covering the fire detector. The area was very noisy and a constant banging that happened all night. If I had to stay again I would just sleep in my car.

This hotel was awful. The carpets were sticky, no working outlets, building was dirty and dated and a group of homeless people were staying in broken down vehicles in the back with vicious dogs were I needed to park. This place should be bulldozed.

Cable didn't work and wasn't staying long enough to have it fixed. Our room was right next to an exterior entrance, so unless our air conditioner was running to cover the sound, you could hear it slamming at all hours.

Rough. Window was stuck in open position which I noticed at 2 am. Air conditioner leaked onto carpet so woke up to wet carpet. Breakfast was pretty rough. It's one of those places that is probably doing the best they can.

The beds, linens, towels, etc. and the room generally were fine. It's obvious they have tried to upgrade internally. But the building is very old. There appears to be no insulation in the walls or between floors, and it was very noisy within and outside. I would not stay there again.

The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. parking was limited, the centennial breakfast was nearly non existent, the hallways stunk of smoke even though there was no smoking allowed. The audacity to have a sign up saying no refund or room switch will be given if you don’t say anything within 15 mins of checking in is ridiculous given it takes just about that time to get your bags from the car, to your room and even take time in inspect or realize any issues. There were rooms that were “fixed” with tape and a random screen in front of it. My room had a piece of paper painted over a hole in the wall. the water pressure was weak, and the showerhead leaked as well. And don’t get me started on the wifi constantly going out if you can even get it to work to begin with because their authenticating licensing is expired. I also had to listen to beeping from a dying battery from a carbon monoxide alarm that I informed front desk about twice. If having free parking is worth everything else, then sure, stay here. otherwise it’s a bust.

I booked an accessible room because I use a wheelchair. The room they gave me was not accessible. I couldn’t fit through the bathroom door. There was a grab bar in the shower, but also a tub. I went back to the desk and they said I could cancel my reservation. I agreed. They said they cleared everything but I’d have to contact Expedia. I did so. Now almost a week later, the last I’ve heard is that the property is not responding and I haven’t been refunded. Taking advantage of the disabled, nice.

Waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, and then only because someone went and got him. Cars in the parking lot playing loud music with several people hanging around. Loud music coming from another room inside the hotel that was still loud even when standing by the front desk. General condition of the room, property and the rest of the hotel was run down.

The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. parking was limited, the centennial breakfast was nearly non existent, the hallways stunk of smoke even though there was no smoking allowed. The audacity to have a sign up saying no refund or room switch will be given if you don’t say anything within 15 mins of checking in is ridiculous given it takes just about that time to get your bags from the car, to your room and even take time in inspect or realize any issues. There were rooms that were “fixed” with tape and a random screen in front of it. My room had a piece of paper painted over a hole in the wall. the water pressure was weak, and the showerhead leaked as well. And don’t get me started on the wifi constantly going out if you can even get it to work to begin with because their authenticating licensing is expired. I also had to listen to beeping from a dying battery from a carbon monoxide alarm that I informed front desk about twice. If having free parking is worth everything else, then sure, stay here. otherwise it’s a bust.

I get to the facility and after they run my card so I can't get my money back they tell me there's 100$ deposit. We had to switch rooms in first 20mins 3x because of things not working at all the air, the tv, the phone, and the fridge. I will never go to this facility again. Rooms are very outdated, it was loud and I did not sleep well whatsoever. Staff were not very friendly at all.

Plus, it's a very low price, so I didn't expect much. Great property and amazing location for cheap. But it comes at a price. The security is awful because they allow it to be. Unwise policies and a rude security officer who said I was crazy for wanting to go through the front door! It’s locked! The safest door from 11 pm to 6 am is the front - and they lock it! I could not exit through the safest door , which was the front door. Again, this is an insane policies endangering the safety of their guests. Thanks

I did not even stay at the property. When checking in there was a homeless lady in the lobby picking cigarettes out of an ashtray. It’s in a very unsafe area. I just took a loss on my money. Do not book here!!!!

We arrived late just before 12, parking lot did not looked safe, reception area was closed and we were checked in through window in small corridor. We were not allowed through lobby to our room and had to use the door from outside to enter our room. Room was dated and tired looking. We chosen this hotel as it is not far from city center 5 miles but would avoid in future.

Booked this location because of vicinity to our event, but was not overwhelmed. The hotel, in general, has all the basics but could be a lot better just by sprucing it up. The room was clean and amenities like fridge, hairdryer, etc. all working. Bed was comfortable and TV worked. The main door had a dead bolt, but no chain lock. The door to the pool was not working, The shower could use a couple grab bars for better safety, The so-called breakfast was pathetic.. a few sparse mini pastries and toast. They have a nice big room for it - just not utilizing it. There were no towels available in the pool even though there was a shelf unit for them, and the whirlpool seemed to have loose tiles at the bottom. The bar area was large but the music too loud and the hours inadequate (closed at 11pm on a Saturday night?) Parking was limited and sketchy at best (a semi-truck took up about ten spaces). We ended up not staying a single night. Property was located in a dilapidated area of town, the outside of the building had faded paint and parking lot had a van with a broken out window. We canceled our stay and ended up going to a better part of town.

All there was was corn flakes, rasin bran, or toast, milk water and tang type “Orange juice” You had to go back to the lobby area to make tea or coffee and they only had the tiny styrofoam cups with no lids:(

It wasn’t all bad but the room reeked of pot smoke and there were cigarette burns all over the bedspread. Do not be lured in by the promise of a free breakfast. It is a pitiful styrofoam plate of equally “plastic” food. In this case, we did not get what we paid for.

Pool was broken during out vist and the website says breakfast included but they actually don't have any. Charged us extra for those amenities when they're not even available. Nonsmoking but every hallway smells oike ciagrette. Wont recommend.

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and odor-free. The hallways smelled of smoke. On the weekend it was very noisy and a bit scary. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. We could not use the pool or jacuzzi. It was unavailable. There was no breakfast as advertised but the room was cheap.

No one at front desk to check in. Coffee maker in room was broken, No soap in the shower, ice machine on 2nd floor didn’t work. I would 100% not advertise as having breakfast. A pack of Walmart mini donuts and some bread is what was served. I would never stay her again.

I was surprised Hotels.com included such a poor hotel. I was on second floor. The carpet smelt, the hallway smelt of curry. I had to ask three times to fix my TV. I was there three nights, and no one serviced my room that I noticed. The only thing I enjoyed was the attached restaurant/bar which was convenient and served decent food.

Cigarette burns on bathroom sink and side tables. No hot water in the shower. When asked to fix it they asked if I knew how to turn it to hot. Then they tried and said oh it doesn’t work we will fix it. They did not fix it. The door lock was shotty and broken. The SMELL as horrific! Just awful!
