The location seemed to be quite new and everything was in great condition. Parking was a bit difficult as every space in the lot was full. The staff was just fine. The breakfast quality could have been better. All items seemed to be pre-frozen or in a tasteless, heated-up condition. Not terrible but could have been better. Overall, the place is fine and I would return.

Very clean, front desk staff was friendly. Only one elevator in tower meant a fairly long wait at times. Breakfast was pretty standard. Towels were somewhat stiff and scratchey, not big and soft. Bed was comfortable. There was a blackout shade but no sheer curtains.

The property is good. The breakfast is very good. They have the slowest elevator in history. I would have liked the prices be displayed in the market so you know what your paying for. Also you get a channel line up but no guide for the TV. The bed was very comfortable but there is only a thin duvet and a sheet for you. Overall I would rate it an 8 out of 10

The hotel is very clean and hygienic and they do practice a no smoke policy - many hotels say that but you can smell smoke around the entrance. The room was spacious, near and quiet. Loved the fact that there is plenty of parking and also it is in a quiet spot on Winter Road - lot of trees and could easily take some peaceful walks. Only thing which could improve is the breakfast - not as elaborate as the Hyatt place. This is the standard bread, egg, bacon, yogurt, juice, pancake.

I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in many years. It was convenient to I-95 and we could use back roads to get to restaurants to avoid high traffic areas. Our third floor room was quiet (despite being by the elevator) and a nice view a distance away of the Cambridge Reservoir as the sun was setting. Negatives: requested an adjoining room when I called the hotel and to be on the upper floors, neither was initially granted, but the desk clerk was able to change us to two rooms on separate floors. The free breakfast was OK, but the seating area was very small. Each day we brought our breakfast up to our room to eat. Six floors with one elevator. Housekeepers were nice and accommodating.

Pros: a lot less expensive than staying in Boston Proper, decent breakfast, easy highway access Cons: the bathroom - no water pressure and no counter space, the bathtub had rust on it, towels akin to sandpaper, hotel is kind of stinky

The room was decent and appeared to be clean. But then we found a used, dirty facecloth still draped over the shower curtain/rod that appeared to have someone's pubic hairs on it. Not favourable at all and I would highly recommend that cleaning staff are more diligent with cleaning the rooms after every guests' stay!

We have stayed there multiple times. Good room as always. The WiFi was horrible. It stopped working around 11. I could not connect despite restarting my ipad. And let me be grumpy for a minute. They changed the coffee to a single serve, fresh grind coffee station. I hate the coffee taste. I know it’s designed for coffee snobs, but it takes too much time to just get a cup of coffee. Grumpy customer rant over.

Good hotel about 20 minutes from Boston. Hotel has free wifi (which didn't work everywhere), breakfast and parking. While the hotel was good and I would recommend it, for some reason the bathroom has a sliding door instead of a regular door. The sliding door has large cracks on the side of it and if someone is in there you can hear EVERYTHING. Not cool!

The heat in the room was not working. I froze while trying to sleep. I checked in at 2am so too late to call maintenance and didn’t realize the problem until I tried to go to sleep at 3 and had to get up at 6 so also to late to change rooms. I had stayed in a different room at this same property last week with the same issue. Management did refund my money immediately so I appreciate that.

We had a nice comfortable stay for 3 nights with the kids. Queen beds, nice tv, fridge and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was nice with all the basic stuff! The bathroom door was translucent and doesn't lock, which was annoying. The kids were not able to sleep when someone was in the bathroom since there was a lot of light coming in through the bathroom door.

This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express. Everything has been amazing. The check in was super quick, the room was incredibly clean, and the beds??? SO comfortable. I will say the bathroom is super small, but functional. The bathroom door however is just an odd sliding glass (not see through) door. You can still hear everything, but other than that its been a great stay.

Good value for your money. There was nothing special about our hotel room,. However, it was super clean and quiet. It was also easy to control the temperature in the room. The breakfast was also nice, and saved us money. A big factor for selecting this hotel was its location right off RT 95/RT 128. The only negative aspect of our stay was my wife and I wished the room's king-sized bed had a firmer mattress.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They gave me great advice for when to leave by so I could be on time for my flight and return my rental car. And then my son left his binoculars in the room, and they mailed them to our home! Above and beyond. Really great hospitality!

This hotel was a great choice! We felt safe. Our room was very clean. Upon entry the lobby area was festive, bright and clean. Check in and check out were very easy. Breakfast the next day was satisfactory. The only thing I would have liked would have been 2 extra towels which I am sure we could have asked for but we made do. Overall, very happy with what we got for the price we paid.

The room they selected at first tv wasn’t working so I called and maintenance fixed it. So around 11:00pm while my boyfriend and I were alsleep we were woken up by someone getting into our room. Thankfully the indoor lock was latched on but they opened the door pretty hard. And it was a guy and a girl. They realized my boyfriend woke up and ran to the door and they ran. So in terms of safety I felt very unsafe and still can’t understand how someone used another room key and was able to get in our room. Also complained to front desk in the morning and all they said is it was impossible as if I was making that up. I didn’t have good stay and wish they had done better. I felt very unsafe after the incident. Do better holiday inn

I had an excellent experience from my check in to check out. I have to say that first impressions are lasting and I would like to commend Jordan Shapiro for his warmth and kindness, as he could see I was a weary traveler with a bad back and knee. He offered to help me with my luggage and even offered to put me on lower floor to make easier to move around. A very nice employee and asset to your company. I have to say that all employees at this location were great. Friendly and helpful. I had a great stay and have recommended you to all friends and family to stay at your location if the need arises. A few complaints are they have the cheapest thinnest toilet paper and tissues and the tub was filling with water the entire time we took showers. Any housekeeper that’s cleaning would notice that and take care of it. You want to feel clean and you are standing in a half tub of dirty water. No fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, etc. Breakfast was processed food and spoiled bananas all 3 days. Staff were very nice!!!!
