Absolutely the best hotel. Great location within walking distance of downtown and Seaport areas. Short walk from Boston south station for the Silverline to the airport. Clean, comfortable, great gym and pool. Staff all very helpful.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff here are truly unmatched; professional, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The pool and steam room were a highlight of my visit - beautifully maintained and incredibly relaxing. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Hotel isnt bad ide say its below average for a hotel costong 390 per night. Hotel pool is small and feels crowded with 3 people. Fotness area is a nkce apace. The room is poorly designed and feels old and is poorly light. Restaurant employees recommend dunkin donuts or Starbucks when i asked them where to get a good espresso in the area. Room doesnt get very cool. The parking is extra @60$ they brought the wrong car to me to times. Mini bar fridge was very warm nothong was cold.

Excellent location and impeccable room-service. The hotel has a really nice gym. The pool is for kids (water level is about 4 feet) and not so great for adults. Breakfast is amazing and advise to include in your package deal, if available. Italian restaurant has delicious food and please try the focaccia appetizer.

This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.

Hotel is in a great Boston location. Close to coffee shops, restaurants and sight seeing. The lobby and rooms were clean and relatively quiet (considering the busy city streets are just floors below). I wasn’t a huge fan of the enormous pillows, but that’s probably just me. Prices for drinks at the bar were a bit crazy, but to be expected at this type of hotel. Overall, a nice place to stay in Boston.

The hotel is close to the train station, 5-6 minutes walk. Quite close to the downtown and 35-40 minutes walk to the Park area and the Newbury street with iconic architecture, fancy shopping and cafes. Nonetheless, the room wasn’t very clean, dust was visible on the bathroom's door surface and the table. Breakfast was fine, but there were no fresh vegetables at all.

Stayed two nights on business; rare opportunity given normal rates are higher than typical business allowances. Room was very poorly cleaned. Room service menu was wet as if someone spilled water all over it. Toilet was poorly cleaned with urine stains clearly visible on the underside. Random towel left strewn on the tub. Surprising given the hotel's reputation. Front desk attendants were polite and the hotel lobby is nice.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here. The location gives easy access to the train system and offers easy walkability to restaurants and other points of interest. The check-in and check-out process took only minutes and the front desk and valet personnel were professional and accommodating. We were given the courtesy of early check-in and late check-out. Accommodations are roomy and kept sparkling clean with daily service. Be aware that a $30/per night “amenity fee” will be charged upon check-out.

The trip went well. If I had to issue faults, it would be that our sink was not draining properly. It had to be fixed. Also, our view was not very good as it just showed a nearby building of windows. The service was nice. The staff was friendly. Location is very convenient to the subway system.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at in Boston. It’s in a great location, the staff are amazing, and it so spacious. Being at the seaport is very convenient to everything and South Station is on the next block. The beds are amazing!!! You don’t want to get out. Only complaint is that the fridge is a fully stocked mini bar so there is no place for you to keep something personal cold… unless you do an ice bucket.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and attentive staff. The first time I’ve stayed in a hotel that I didn’t feel the need to clean it myself. The room was spacious and had an enormous bathroom which is rare. The only negative was the fridge had a tiny spot available for my things. I would suggest staying on the harbor side vs the garden view just because there is a fire dept across the garden and it was busy.

We came yesterday with many luggages for our kids' summer camp. There was no doorman coming to help at the car at all. When we finally brought our luggages to the door, the doorman opened the door but offered no help. The reception desk staff responsible for check-in was nice and professional.

The room furnishings were a bit beat up and dated. We were promised an early check-in and it was not delivered. Next we were told the room would be ready in no later than two hours. So we killed two hours. After two hours, the room was still not ready and they asked for another hour. It was actually beyond the time of actual check-in when we were finally able to get into our room. This was a HUGE inconvience to our plans and our day.

A fabulous hotel in an even better location! Great service and comfortable rooms that were clean and quiet. I am familiar with Boston so I choose this hotel for its accessibility to many parts of the city, and our stay reminded me how perfect it was! Perfect for walking to the seaport, Faneuil Hall, the North End, and easily accessible to the T for the Back Bay and Cambridge. I was traveling with 2 kids and the pool was a a wonderful bonus! In the backyard was the Boston Children’s museum and the Boston Tea Party museum. Just perfect!

The hotel was beautiful, the marble, the harbor, the tub was the best amenity. The restaurants breakfast vs room service were excessively priced for a breakfast. $45 dollars for a breakfast buffet is outrageous, that much money on a breakfast per person is insane. Sadly there isn't much for breakfast nearby, but there were some upscale places within a ten minute walk that could justify their price. Alot of the gym equipment my husband wanted to use like the rower was broken. The bar, we were sad about this one. As we wanted an outdoor place to have cocktails. If you are going to charge $20 for a cocktail it better be delicious, mine was undrinkable and overly sweet. My husband's had unavailable ingredients and got charged The same for a dirty Martini as an "exclusive beverage" The TV in our room had a guide option that remained blank and a remote that had to be decades old. The "view" was nice. But mostly mirrored images of the city, as the room sat between to bump out features. The price tag vs the amenities was truly disappointing. If this hotel were 250 a night I'd give it 5 stars. My 3 stars is quite literally for the people who made our bed everyday.

The valet was great, very helpful. The bartender, Joel, was awesome. He was very engaging and very helpful. However, it was very disappointing that the only place to eat in the hotel on Sunday night was in Rumba. It is a small area and a very limited menu. My wife is temporarily handicapped and when she tried to go to the bathroom outside of Rumba, she found it closed for renovation. She was forced to go up to the second floor to use a bathroom. We have stayed here in the past and were very happy, this time we were very disappointed. We also found our tv remote did not function well. When we arrived we couldn’t get it to work at all. When we got back to the room it me “dozens” of tries to finally get the tv remote to work, but then we couldn’t change the channels. We experienced the same remote problems the next day.

Property itself is lovely and in a great location especially if you’re taking the train from Philadelphia or NYC. Great amenities. I didn’t like my room-service dinner. Had the roast chicken. If you include “roasted mushrooms” you might want to indicate what type of mushroom if anything other than button, cremini or portobello. Overall room was very comfortable.

This hotel was nice. Really clean and updated. We had 2 queen beds and our room was actually nicer and larger than expected. Bathroom was super clean and nice. The pool was great. Our kids loved it. Room service: we got breakfast one morning, the food was not worth what we paid. The pancakes were good, but the egg yolks completely cooked through by the time we ate them. I could barely cut through my eggs Benedict with the knife. The English muffin was rubber and the ham was tough. Not worth $25. Housekeeping and bell hop service was exceptional. The staff was so kind and personable. The second night of our stay is where things took a bad turn. We were about to fall asleep when the room was overcome with a strong heavy smell of burning food. We turned the fan off on the thermostat but it did not remedy the problem. We were coughing from the smell, it was so strong and smoke-like. It was as if someone had a griddle in our room and was cooking meat. We called and asked what was going on and they said “an issue with the loading dock”. Not sure what that meant. But 20 minutes later they were able to move us to new room on the same floor but other side of the building. The room was smaller and seemed to have just been cleaned. There were wet spots on the carpet which was gross. We called the manager and she waived the amenity fee for us. She was not very apologetic. Ending our experience like that was really frustrating, as was moving rooms that late with a 2 year old.

Greta hotel - allowed early check in and slightly later check out. Room brilliant, very spacious, modern and well appointed. A shame the restaurant being renovated so it was temporarily in the lobby/corridor and didn’t have a good feel. Excellent gym
